Base Class: Bard
Masters of manipulating and disrupting weave. Bards of the College of Manipulation dedicate their efforts to effortlessly and masterfully casting and bolstering their own spells at an unrivaled strength and interrupting any attempts their opponents make at manipulating weave; weakening and dulling the spells of any caster who stands against them.
Manipulation Bards not only excel in how they alter and wield weave through spellcasting, but also through their ability to charm and affect others through their magic. To study the College of Manipulation is to study and master the manipulation of Weave in magic alongside the manipulation of others through magic.
Disruptive Words
Also at 3rd level, you learn how to use your words to disrupt the weave that those around you are manipulating to cast spells and alter the world around them. When a creature that you can see within 60 feet of you attempts to cast a spell or use an ability of magical or psychic nature that would require a creature to make an attack roll or ability check, you can use your reaction to expend one of your uses of Bardic Inspiration, rolling a Bardic Inspiration die and subtracting the number rolled from the DC of the Saving Throw or Ability Check. You can choose to use this feature after you and/or your allies make your/their rolls, but before the DM determines whether any of the Saving Throws or Ability Checks succeed or fail. The creature is immune if it can’t hear you or if it’s immune to being charmed.
Unerring Manipulator
At 6th level, whenever you Attempt to Charm a Creature, you can spend a Bardic Inspiration Die, they have disadvantage on their Saving Throw against being Charmed. Creatures who are Immune to being Charmed do not count as Immune when you use this Feature and instead have Advantage on their Saving Throw. This can also be used to allow Disruptive Words to Take Effect on a Creature who is Immune to being Charmed and/or is Deafened.
At 14th Level this Feature will always Take Effect whenever you attempt to Charm a Target or use Disrupting Words and no longer requires the use of a Bardic Inspiration Die to Take Effect. Effectively negating Immunity to being Charmed and Disrupting Words whenever you attempt to Charm or Disrupt a creature free of Cost.
Masterful Weaving
Starting at 14th level, when you attempt to cast a spell that requires your target to make a Saving Throw or Ability Check against your Spell DC, you can expend one use of Bardic Inspiration. Roll a Bardic Inspiration die and add the number rolled to your Spell's DC. You can choose to do so after your target rolls their die for their Saving Throw or Ability Check, but before the DM tells you whether they succeed or fail.
Subtle Charming
At 14th Level, whenever you successfully Charm a Creature, the Creature will no longer be able to realize or register that they have been Charmed by any means.
Whenever a Creature you have Charmed recovers from the Charmed status via any means, the creature does not remember being Charmed by you unless someone else convinces them they had been Charmed after they are no longer afflicted by the Charmed Status. The creature does remember the moments during which they were Charmed by you, they just do not remember being Charmed; even going so far as to reason through any decision they may have made as irrationally as they must to justify having acted in that way.
