Base Class: Paladin
Armed with sword and shield embellished with the radiance of the Royal Guard, these Paladins are sworn to protect the ‘Throne’, whether that be an Empire, a Ruler, a Deity, or even the People. Their priority is making sure their enemy is found and dealt with in silence so civilisation can live fear free. The Paladins who swear this oath dedicate their life to keeping the hopes up of those who are in need, and strike down those who plan to tear civilisation apart. These warriors are often sent on dangerous quests, to meet with alliances, move notable visitors about, or swiftly deal with problems, all often unknown to the public and those ranked below. They are praised highly among the public as symbols of Hope and Strength, as they spread stories on them finding and vanquishing underground evil and saving the cities from unknown destruction. Often these Paladins have grown up close to Royal society, or brought up with strict church and military guidance.
