Base Class: Sorcerer
You are an avatar or reflection of the arcane forces that fuel magic in all creation. Perhaps you were chosen by those forces to combat or defend against a future (or past) threat; perhaps you are the will of magic made manifest, capable of bending its rules at your convenience.
As an Arcane Soul, you are likely to be either always on the run from supernatural beings who would like to use you as a pawn in their games, or on the path to obtain powers by which those forces can be intimidated.
Arcane Infinity
Starting at 1st level, you no longer need to use spell slots for spells you learned as a Sorcerer. Instead, to attempt to cast a spell using an Xth level spell slot, you can make a spell attack roll against 12+2*X DC. If you succeed, you can continue to cast the spell using the standard rules for spellcasting.
Arcane Fury
You know how to bend rules of magic to gain advantage in combat. Starting at 1st level, your spell attacks score a critical hit on a roll of 19 or 20.
Arcane Mastery
Starting at 6th level, you automatically succeed at Arcana checks.
Arcane Warding
Starting at 14th level, you have advantage on Wisdom and Intelligence saving throws.
Arcane Supremacy
Starting at 18th level, once per short rest, you can choose one of the sorcerer spells you know and replace it with another spell from the sorcerer spell list, which also must be of a level for which you have spell slots.
