Base Class: Cleric
Misfortune can destroy one's life if the deities are not placated or, more often than not, bribed.
Domain Spells
You gain domain spells at the cleric levels listed in the Misfortune Domain Spells table. See the Divine Domain class feature for how domain spells work.
Misfortune Domain Spells
| Cleric Level | Spells |
|---|---|

| 5th | slow, bestow curse |
| 7th | blight, confusion |
| 9th | contagion, mislead |
Bonus Cantrip
When you choose this domain at 1st level, you gain one of the following cantrips: chill touch, ray of frost, or shocking grasp.
Stroke of Bad Luck
Misfortune and bad luck haunts those that wish you ill. Also at first level, as a reaction, you can impose a disadvantage at a saving throw that a creature you can see makes to resist an effect caused by you or your allies.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Wisdom modifier (a minimum of once). You regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
Channel Divinity: Omen of Reversed Fates
Starting at 2nd level, you can use your Channel Divinity to turn another creature’s luck rotten.
As an action, you choose one creature you can see within 30 feet of you, cursing it until the end of your next turn. The next time you have to make a saving throw, you can force the cursed creature to become the target instead, and then the curse ends.
Stroke of Even Worse Luck
At 6th level, fortune turns sour around you. The duration of your Stroke of Bad Luck is increased to 1 minute. If a creature fails a saving throw during the 1 minute due to the Stroke of Bad Luck feature, they have disadvantage on their next saving throw. The effect ends after the disadvantaged saving throw .
Potent Spellcasting
Starting at 8th level, you add your Wisdom modifier to the damage you deal with any cleric cantrip.
Crushed Under the Wheel
Starting at 17th level, you profit from the misfortune of others. On your turn, when you see a creature fail a saving throw against one of your spells of 1st level or higher, you can use a bonus action to cast a cantrip with casting time of 1 action.
