Base Class: Warlock
The lords of the dream world have shared their power with you. They grant you mental ability and insight far beyond those of normal people. However, you must take care when dealing with the Quori, as their desires are nearly always those of dominance. The greater Quori are usually evil, but there are a select few who are benevolent. Your powers are more geared towards manipulation and illusion. Those who take the pact of the Quori usually do so through their dreams.
Expanded Spell List
The Quori lets you choose from an expanded list of spells when you learn a warlock spell. The following spells are added to the warlock spell list for you.

Posted Aug 19, 2018I would say the charmed condition and perhaps expand to include the frightened condition.
Subtype is not a mechanical term. Monsters usually have a type, monstrosity, humanoid, fey, etc., and occasionally a tag, shapeshifter, elf, demon. Abberation, celestial, fiend, and fey might be considered "outsider" monster types.

Posted Aug 19, 2018I'm still rather new to 5e and used some terminology from 3.5e out of habit. Mind effecting means essentially charm, domination, single-target illusion spells, anything that attempts to influence your mind.

Posted Aug 19, 2018Inspired Senses is a little powerful, perhaps limit to 20 or 30 feet.
Five minutes is an unusual length of time, perhaps one round or one minute. Further more, can you end effect this early?
In Inspired Vessel, what do you mean by mind-effecting spells and the outsider subtype?
