Base Class: Cleric

You worship a vile secret of nature, the endlessly condensing negative emotion left to fester as poison in the lethal garden.

Additional Spell List

You have a number of spells prepared at all times, that doesn't count towards the total spells  that you can prepare each day   

1st Level: Bane, Ray of Sickness

3rd Level: Wither and Bloom, Blindness/Deafness

5th Level: Fear, Hunger of Hadar

7th Level: Vitriolic Sphere, Sickening Radiance

9th LeveL: Contagion, Cloudkill

Poison Resistance

You get resistance to poison :D

Disciple of Toxin

You become proficient with the poisoners kit and checks to ascertain and extract poisons from toxic plants or sources are made with advantage.

Channel Divinity: Spirit Rush

You summon spirit forms of up to 3 animals of your choice composed of poison. (You can't choose two of the same)
These spirits can then charge at a target within 30ft range. Each does damage equal to your Cleric Level/2 + 1d8 and applies an effect.

Snake: Target makes wisdom save  charmed and spends movement walking straight towards you
Scorpion: Target takes a con save or takes is affected by bane. 
Spider: Target makes a dex save or restrained.
Centipede: Target makes a wisdom save or is feared.
Frog: Bonus Target makes a con save or is poisoned.

Creatures take half damage from successful saves.

Saves are rerolled at the end of targets turn for any lasting effects.

Spirits of Poison

At various levels, you unlock animals for your channel divinity feature
Snake 1
Scorpion 4
Spider 7
Centipede 16
Frog 13

Festering Toxin

When an enemy that you have poisoned takes damage, they take a further 1d6 poison damage. If it originates from you, this damage is increased to 1d8.  

Potent Cantrip

You can add your wisdom mod to damage from your cantrips!

Bane of All Things

When you cast bane you can use a d10 rather than a d4!
