Cold as Ice
The Prince of Frost would like to entrust you with his goals. At 1st level you can learn the Ray of Frost cantrip. It counts as a warlock cantrip for you, and is not counted against your number of cantrips known.
With the cantrip Eldritch Blast you can choose whether to deal force or cold damage. (You must declare the type of damage you want to deal before attack roll.) You also gain resistance to cold damage.
The Pale Prince's Blessing
Snowy or icy terrain is no longer considered difficult for you. You also become proficient in Constitution saving throws.
After channeling a spell that deal cold damage you are slowly covered in frost. Once you have channeled 10 minus your Charisma modifier (minimum:1) spells the frost that was incasing you is absorbed into your body, healing you 1d4 plus your Charisma modifier. Healing increases at level 7, 9 and 12 by 1d4 respectively. Can only be done as many times as your proficiency bonus. This feature can be replenished after a long rest.
You can choose a language that the Prince knows: Elven, Draconic, Giant or Primordial
A Servant of the Prince of Frost
Beginning at 10th level, your patron teaches you how to turn change yourself into one of his most revered servants, a white dragon. You can wildshape into Young White Dragon, while maintaining your Intelligence, Charisma, and Wisdom scores. Because you are at level 10 you will have to use an adjusted hit point score of 95 HP (10d10 + 40). This hit pool score will adjust according to your warlock level, roll a d10 for every level above 10, and add the young dragon's constitution modifier of 4.
You retain all of your skill and saving throw proficiencies, you also gain those of the creature. If the dragon has the same proficiency as you and the bonus in its stat block is higher than yours, use the dragon’s bonus instead of yours as well as any immunities/resistances/vulnerabilities the dragon has.
If dropped to 0 HP, you revert to your normal form, if there is an excess damage leftover from your dragon form it will carry over to your normal form.
You cannot use are legendary actions or lair actions that are associated with this creature.
You can speak within this form, however, you cannot cast spells or use (activate/use/wield) any of your gear as they have melded with your new form.
You can use this ability once per short or long rest.
Bringer of the Long Night
Starting at 14th level, you can bring a piece of the Prince of Frost's realm via a large explosion of cold energy. As an action, choose an area you can see within 300 feet of you. The area of effect is a radius of 30 feet and those in the sphere take 12d8 cold damage. Creatures within the blast must make a Constitution saving throw against your warlock spell save DC. On a failed save, it is restrained by you, on a success the damage is halved and the negative effect is resisted. Those who are restrained must use an action to break the ice encasing them.
The area encased by this ability is converted into difficult terrain, creatures still in the sphere at the start of their turn must take a Constitution saving throw or take 2d8 cold damage (Half on a success) and are once again restrained by the ice forming on their person. The sphere is maintained for 1 minute or until your concentration is broken (as if you are concentrating on a spell).
If you are within the affected area you will be unaffected by the ability.
In order to summon such a portion of the patron's domain you must take damage equal to 25% of your max HP.
You must finish a long rest before you can use this feature again.
