Base Class: Fighter
Witnessing a Dervish in combat can be something magnificent to behold. Their focus on dancing around a battlefield, flashing blades, and striking with unerring accuracy is unprecedented. They combine the skills of movement and blades seamlessly while attacking their opponents and are often capable of bringing down multiple foes quickly and accurately.
Bonus Proficiencies

You also gain proficiency in the Acrobatics skill, if you don’t already have it.
Movement Mastery
3rd-level Dervish feature
The dervish epitomizes speeds, quickness, and abandon. Provided that you aren’t wearing medium or heavy armor or using a shield, you gain additional benefits:
- You gain a bonus to your movement speed, while you are not incapacitated. This bonus is equal to +5 at level 3 and increases at higher levels. It becomes a +10 at 7th level and +15 at 15th level.
- You gain a bonus to your Armor class, while you are not incapacitated. This bonus is equal to +1 at level 3 and increases at higher levels. It becomes a +2 at 7th level and +3 at 15th level.
- Each time you take the Disengage or Dash action, you can use your Dexterity score instead of your Strength score when performing a jump.
Dervish Dance
3rd-level Dervish feature
You can use a bonus action to start the Dervish Dance, which lasts for 1 minute. It ends early if you are incapacitated, if you don a shield, or if you end your turn in the same space where you started your turn. You can also dismiss the Dervish Dance at any time (no action required).
While your Dervish Dance is active, you gain the following benefits:
- Your weapon attacks deal an extra 1d4 damage on a hit, provided you move at least 5 feet from the last weapon attack.
- You can move through the space of any creature that is equal to your size or larger.
- You have advantage on Dexterity checks and Dexterity Saving throws.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses of it when you finish a long rest.
Tumble
7th-level Dervish feature
Whenever a creature you can see makes an attack roll against you, you can use your reaction to perform a Tumble. Make a Dexterity (Acrobatics) check. The dc of the ability check equals the attack roll. If you succeed, the attack misses. If you fail this check, the attack hits. Whether the attack hits or misses, immediately after the attack you can move up to half your movement speed to an unoccupied space you can see without provoking opportunity attacks.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Dexterity modifier (minimum of once), and you regain all expended uses of it when you finish a long rest.
Blade Dancer
10th-level Dervish feature
You advance your training in the ways of the dervish. You gain the additionally benefits:
Improved Dance. The extra damage you deal with your Dervish Dance increases to 1d6
Spring Attack. Whenever you use your Action Surge or Second wind feature, you can move up to twice your movement speed until the start of your next turn.
Improved Reaction. You can add your proficiency bonus to your initiative rolls.
Great Cleave
15th-level Dervish feature
Whenever you take the Attack action, and you hit a creature with a melee weapon attack and reduce the creature to 0 hit points with excess damage remaining from the damage roll, you can target a second creature with the remaining damage as part of the attack. Choose another creature you can see within 5 feet of the original target and within your reach. If the original attack roll would hit the second creature, the second creature takes the remaining damage from the attack.
A Thousand Cuts
18th-level Dervish feature
As an action, you can move up to your movement speed without provoking opportunity attacks' and then you can make a weapon attack against each creature you move past. If you have a weapon equipped in each hand, you can make a weapon attack with each weapon against each creature you attack with this feature. On a hit, you can add your proficiency bonus to the damage rolls from these attacks.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses of it when you finish a long rest.
