Warlock
Base Class: Warlock

A pact with a vast and powerful dragon has been formed, giving you the abilities of a draconic being. By making a pact with a creature so greedy and strong, you have become more like them. Your lust for treasure and gold knows no bounds. Your ability to destroy and save is evident. Your sheer power is enough to make even the strongest warrior cower. Go forth and build your hoard, destroy villages, pass on wisdom, and become a true dragon. Dragon's you could have as your patron should be true dragons, such as the chromatic, metallic, and gem dragons, or a dragon god. The older the dragon, the more powerful they are so adult or ancient dragons work the best for this subclass. However, don't let this limit you, if you'd rather have a dragon turtle be your patron, feel free to work it out with your DM. Some famous dragon's you could give your patronage to are; Bahamut, Tiamat, Claugiyliamatar, Daurgothoth, Niv-Mizzet, Klauth, Lhammaruntosz, and Iymrith.

Form of The Wyrm

1st-level True Dragon feature

Invoke your patron's physical form and transform yourself for extra power.

Your patron has gifted you with draconic powers in order to bolster your ability. Your hands grow long claws instead of fingernails to a length of your choice and a reptilian tail. If you already have a tail, you either grow another one or your current one becomes reptilian (your choice). You can use these as natural weapons to attack with.

Your claws use your CHA modifier + your proficiency bonus to hit, then does 2d4 of your patron's damage type + your CHA modifier damage.

Your tail uses your CHA modifier + your proficiency bonus to hit, then does 1d6 of your patron's damage type + your CHA modifier damage.

The damage for these attacks increases by one dice each time you gain another Otherworldly Patron feature (6, 10, 14).

Form of the Wyrm (Acid)

You can use your claws and tail to attack now. They do the same damage type as your patron.

Form of the Wyrm (Cold)

You can use your claws and tail to attack now. They do the same damage type as your patron.

Form of the Wyrm (Fire)

You can use your claws and tail to attack now. They do the same damage type as your patron.

For the Hoard

6th-level True Dragon feature

Your pact with your patron has made you lustful and greedy for treasure and valuables. Work with your DM to create what your character would consider treasure. Perhaps it's the classic gold and magic items. It could be art. Maybe it's even objects of sentimental value.

Gain proficiency in Wisdom (perception) and Intelligence (investigation), as well as advantage on those ability checks when locating treasure.

Scaled Up

6th-level True Dragon feature

Your patron has been impressed by your usage of their powers and wants you to remain under their ownership for longer.

Gain resistance to the damage type of your dragon patron and blindsight out to 15 feet.

Scaled Up (Acid)

Gain resistance to acid damage.

Scaled Up (Cold)

Scaled Up (Fire)

Gain resistance to fire damage.

Scaled Up (Lightning)

Gain resistance to lightning damage.

Scaled Up (Poison)

Gain resistance to poison damage.

Legendary Monster

10th-level True Dragon feature

Your patron's hoard is growing and as such so will your power. Having grown used to your new draconic form, you've learnt to be even faster and stronger.

Having used your tail and claws for a while now, you've learnt how to attack with them in quick succession. If you use your Tail or Claw attack from the Form of The Wyrm feature, you can use a bonus action to attack with the other natural weapon that wasn't used. You don't add your ability modifier to the damage of the bonus attack, unless that modifier is negative, as if using the Two-Weapon Fighting feature.

You can also cause any ability check, attack roll, or saving throw that occurs within 30 feet of you to be rerolled as your patron shares a legendary resistance-like ability with you. This can be used once per short rest.

Ancient Patronage

14th-level True Dragon feature

This as much power as your patron is willing to share with you, lest you rise against them and claim the hoard.

As an action, you can polymorph into the young dragon variant of your patron. You retain your alignment, hit points, Hit Dice, ability to speak, proficiencies, and Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma scores. All equipment you are carrying is absorbed or dropped (your choice). You can still cast spells and use any class abilities in this form. This lasts for one minute and can only be done once per long rest.
