A fighter subclass that gives you the properties of lightning 

The Calm Before The Storm

 when you gain this archetype at 3rd level, you may spend a bonus action to concentrate on an individual enemy and attain plus 5 to the first attack roll per turn made against that target while you maintain concentration (your concentrations mimics that of a spells concentration.) At the 13th level you also attain a plus 2 to damage rolls against the enemy you are focusing on. You are able to perform this ritual a number of times equal to your Proficiency modifier

The Way of The Lightning and The Storm.

Additionally at 3rd level, you mimic the fast paced nature of storms. As a bonus action, you may gain an increase in walking speed of 15ft, and a bonus to AC equal to your proficiency bonus (if you are wearing heavy armor not made out of mithril or Adamantine, this bonus is lowered to half your proficiency bonus rounded up. 

Electrified Sword

At 7th level, you may imbue your blade with lightning. As a bonus action, you may imbue your blade with the properties of lighting. This imbuement lasts for 1 minute. While this is active, your weapon does an additional 1d8 lightning damage. Additionally, you may end your imbuement prematurely. Doing so, you unleash a blast of lightning on all enemies that were hit during before your action. This cackling force does 5d8 lightning damage. 

One with Wind.

When you reach 10th level, you may use the wind to strike your foes. For a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, you may make an attack roll against a creature up to 20 ft away from you. When you do this, a blast a wind will strike the creature, dealing the amount of damage as the attack normally would to a creature 5ft in front of you. At 15th level, this range becomes 30ft, at 18th level, this range becomes 40ft. 

Additionally, as you attune with the wind, you gain a fly speed of 10ft. This speed becomes 20ft at 18th level. 

Torrential Critical.

At 15th level, when you land a critical, you may deal an extra 8d8 thunder damage against the target on top of the regular damage you would be dealing. 

Investure Of Thunder

At 18th level, as a bonus action, you may become an Avatar of Thunder and Lightning. Doing this, it grants

  • Immunity to Lightning damage, and Resistance to thunder damage. 
  • You can deal 1d12 Lighting damage to anyone that starts or ends their turn within 10 feet of you. 
  • You can use your action to cast Chain Lightning as an action
  • You the ability to cast Storm Sphere at 8th level
