Base Class: Bard

Seidr is a form of magic focused on reading and changing fate. Adherents to the college of seidr weave both the future and tapestries with ease, predicting, altering, and creating fates as easily as they sew.

Magic of the loom

Beginning when you choose this college at 3rd level, you have mastered the art of weaving and casting magic through your weavings. You gain proficiency with weaver's tools and can use weaver's tools as an Arcane focus. In addition, you have advantage on all history checks that you make while using the weaver's tools.

Change fate

Also at 3rd level, you can tug at the strings of fate to change the outcome of an action, when a creature you can see within 60 feet of you makes an attack roll,  ability check, saving throw, or damage roll, you can use your reaction to expend a use of your bardic inspiration and force the creature to reroll that die, you can then choose which roll the creature uses.

Declare destiny

At 6th level, you can alter your own preordained destiny and make yourself more or less likely to succeed, as a bonus action, you can give yourself either advantage or disadvantage on the next roll that you make.

You can use this feature 4 times. You regain all expended uses of it when you finish a long rest.

Tapestry of fate

At 14th level, you have mastered the art of fate and can see far into the future. Choose one creature within 40 feet of you, as a bonus action you can gaze into the future and learn the following things,

What action the creature will take next (if any)

Where the creature will move next (if anywhere)

And who it is directing the action towards (if anyone)

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your charisma modifier (minimum of once) and regain all expended uses when you take a long rest.
