The scarlet bloodline

aThe ancient heritage of the scarlet bloodline go beyond actual time, those who are decendents of this bloodline learn the ancient techniques of blood enhance magic.

Scarlet heritage

At 1st level, whenever you cast a spell you can choose to use hit points equivalent to your PB, doing so you add to that spell a 1D12 and cast the spell without using a slot. However you can't cast spell this way using temporary hit points.

Aditionally if you kill this way you regain your PB + half your level as hit points.

The scarlet curse

Your scarlet bloodline have a disadvantage, whenever a healing spell targets you it become less efective, any number that the spell heals you is halved and if its a 1 the heal does not affect you, Aditionally you become vulnerable to radiant damage but invulnerable to necrotic and pyshic damage

Blood phase

Starting at 6th level, whenever you are at the end of your turn you can use 3 hit point to gain an aditional action that allow you to teleport you a distance of 40 feet that you can see.

Bloody wings

At 14th level, you gain the ability to sprout a pair of Blood wings from your back, gaining a flying speed equal to your current speed. You can create these wings as a bonus action on your turn. They last until you dismiss them as a bonus action on your turn.

The reincarnation of the scarlet devil

Beginning at 18th level, you can channel the reincarnation of the scarlet devil allowing the caster to do incrediable feats, as an action you can activate this form, wich instantly cast bloody wings until the end of the fight, also any spell that need concentration become instant and don't need to concentrate, aditionally the life regained when you heal thanks to killing someone is duplicated, however the cost for casting spells with your hp also is duplicated.

Aditionally even if you reach 0 hit points you heal half your total hit points gaining  level of Exhaustion. You can revive twice before having to take a long rest.
