Base Class: Bard
Following with the themes of punk and punk rock, bards who follow the College of Punk are rebellious and revolutionary, often creating anti-establishment lyrics and melodies as a form of freedom and self-expression, inspiring others to fight against oppressive systems in their own individual ways.
Instruments Against Power
Starting at 3rd level, your music becomes a driving force of anti-establishmentarian thinking, pushing the boundaries of what those in power will allow. You gain proficiency in the Insight and Performance skills. In addition, your music can be grating and dissonant at times. When you hit a creature with a weapon attack, you can expend one Inspiration die and roll it, adding twice the number rolled to the damage dealt as thunder damage.
Instruments of Power
Also at 3rd level, you have as much experience in provocative, revolutionary lyrics and melodies as you do in wielding your instruments as a physical manifestation of your rage. You have proficiency in medium armour and martial weapons. In addition, you can wield any instrument in which you are proficient as an improvised weapon. When you do, it deals 1d8 bludgeoning damage, has the versatile (1d10) property, and cannot break while you are wielding it.
Extra Attack
Starting at 6th level, you can attack twice, instead of once, whenever you take the Attack action on your turn. In addition, if you hit one creature with both attacks as part of that action, you can force it to succeed a Constitution saving throw or become deafened until the end of your next turn.
Let the Bodies Hit the Floor
At 14th level, your Countercharm becomes supercharged with the power of the aggressive, biting music you are known for. For the duration of your Countercharm, any creature affected by it is immune to being deafened or frightened, and those creatures deal additional thunder damage equal to your Bardic Inspiration die with melee weapon attacks.
