Base Class: Druid
Druids of Wrath are agents for Nature's vengeance for any and all wrongdoings done to Her. They both pull their power from and are conduits of power for natural disasters - Storms, Fires, Floods, Earthquakes, etc. Druids who follow the Circle of Wrath serve another purpose as well. Natural disasters are not only a show of Mother Nature's might, but also an expression of Her will to foster life, even if that means culling the weak.
Means of Destruction
When you choose to become a Druid of Wrath at 2nd level, you are forever marked. You may choose the appearance of these markings. These markings glow softly, but not bright enough to provide reliable light. These markings grant you access to Tokens of Wrath, and it is through these markings and with these tokens that you are able to call upon the wrathful powers of Mother Nature Herself and summon mighty Natural Disasters. More powerful Disasters require more Tokens to call forth. As you level, you gain more tokens to call upon multiple base-level Disasters, or call upon the full might of Mother Nature with higher severity Disasters. You begin with 5 Tokens of Wrath, then at 6th level you have 10, at 10th level you have 15, and finally, at 14th level you have 20 Tokens. You restore all of your Tokens after a long rest.
Additionally, whenever you deal damage, you may expend 1 Token of Wrath to deal a bonus 1d8 force damage.
Natural Disasters
Starting at level 2, you have been gifted with the ability to summon Natural Disasters. By spending Tokens of Wrath, as an action, you may call upon the Natural Disasters of Storm, Tornado, Blizzard, Wildfire, Overgrowth, Quake, Plague, and Drought. The more Tokens of Wrath used to summon a Disaster, the more severe it becomes. Natural Disasters take 5, 10, 15, or 20 Tokens of Wrath to cast for level 1, 2, 3, or 4 severity, respectively. Refer to each of the listed Natural Disasters for descriptions of effects.
Mark of Nature’s Ire
Starting at 6th level, you serve as Nature’s judge, jury, and executioner. As an action, you may bestow the Mark of Nature’s Ire onto a creature you can touch. This creature is now marked as an enemy of Nature. The Mark gives off a harsh red glow, and some swear by the fact the mark gives off an unsettling screaming sound. Only one creature can be marked at a time, and the mark remains until they die, or the mark is moved onto a new target. Creatures marked this way have 5 less armor class and take 1d4 additional damage from all sources. The damage type is the same as each original damage source. This ability costs 3 Tokens of Wrath.
Relentless Vengeance
You will stop at nothing to bring about Nature’s terrible fury. Starting at 10th level, you may spend 5 Tokens of Wrath to summon a second Natural Disaster as a bonus action. In addition, whenever you kill an enemy, you regain a Token of Wrath. If you kill an enemy with the bonus damage from Means of Destruction, you regain 3 Tokens instead.
Harbinger of Destruction
Starting at 14th level, Nature's Wrath now follows in your wake. You are the champion through which Mother Nature brings forth Her vengeance. At the beginning of combat you automatically restore 5 Tokens of Wrath. If you have no Tokens, you instead restore 10.
Additionally, you may expend a use of your Wildshape to restore 5 Tokens of Wrath.
