Base Class: Bard
Use your wits and magic to enrage the enemy, causing them to overextend and expose weaknesses to your allies.
Unarmored Defense
Beginning at 3rd level, while you are wearing no armor your AC equals 10 + your Dexterity modifier + your Charisma modifier. You can still gain this bonus if you have a shield equipped.
Biting Taunt
At 3rd level you gain the ability to enrage your enemies with your words. When a creature within 60 feet of you is subjected to an attack roll or makes a saving throw you can use your reaction to expend one use of your bardic inspiration, rolling a bardic inspiration die and subtracting that amount from the either the creature's roll or armor class. You can choose to use this feature after the creature makes its roll, but before the GM determines whether the Attack roll or saving throw succeeds or fails. The creature is immune if it can’t hear you or if it’s immune to being Charmed.
Cocky Swagger
Beginning at level 6 you can use an action to fall into a swagger. Choose a number of humanoids within 30 feet that can see or hear you equal to your charisma modifier (minimum of 1). Each target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC or be charmed by you. While a creature is charmed by you in this way, the target hates you and desires to commit violence against you. A target charmed by you in this way makes a reckless attack against you at advantage, caring more about harming you than protecting themselves. All attacks against a target that has recklessly attacked you have advantage until the end of their next turn. Your swagger has a duration of 1 minute or until your concentration is broken as if concentrating on a spell. You can use this ability a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus. You regain all expended uses after a long rest.
Cut to the Quick
Starting at level 14 you gain the ability to see the deepest flaws in a creature. If you spend an action observing a creature you gain insight to its fears and doubts. After observing a creature for 6 seconds you can use a reaction to impose disadvantage on any attack roll, ability check, or saving throw the creature makes. Additionally when you use your reaction in this way you can expend a use of bardic inspiration, rolling a bardic inspiration die and dealing that much psychic damage plus your charisma modifier (minimum of one damage). You can use this ability a number of times equal to your charisma modifier (minimum of once). You regain all expended uses on a long rest.
