Base Class: Monk
Monks of the Way of the Blinding Fist train to be as swift as the wind. While all students of martial arts strive for agility, these monks go beyond that.
Furious Blows
At 3rd level, whenever you use Flurry of Blows, you gain the benefit of the Dash action. Additionally when you hit with a blow granted to you by flurry of blows you can choose to deal an extra 1d4 thunder damage.
Hurricane Charge
At 6th level, if you move at least 10 feet in a straight line right before attacking a creature, that target must succeed on a Strength saving throw (DC 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Dexterity modifier) or be knocked prone. You can use this feature only once per target per turn.
Gale Step
At 11th level, you may spend 2 ki point to double your speed for up to your dex modifier number of turns.
Additionally, you may make an extra melee attack, have advantage on dex checks and saves, as well as gain +2 ac during this time.
Blinding Speed
At 17th level, as an action you can spend 3 ki points to cause an enemy to be racked with pain. A target within 5 ft must succeed a dex saving throw or take 10d10 thunder damage, become blinded, and be pushed back 15ft. On a successful save they take half damage and don't become blinded but are still pushed back 15 ft.
