Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

The Path of the Brawler is a lifestyle that sees the brutal, physically intimidating barbarian embracing the strength of their body alone, utilising their unarmed combat in battle and tearing enemies limb from limb. They find the use of weaponry a perversion of the true art of unarmed combat, and dedicate themselves to strengthening their bodies in order to face the magical and steel threats that await them on their Primal Path.

6th Raging Fists of Fury, Unarmed Follow-Through

Aggressive Brawler

Starting at 3rd level, when you are raging and roll an unarmed strike, you can use your bonus action to make two unarmed strikes. You can do this a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus. You regain all expended uses of this feature when you finish a short or long rest.

Improved Unarmed Strike

Starting at 3rd level, your devotion to training in unarmed strikes has paid off. You gain a damage die to replace your base damage when delivering an unarmed strike, you remain proficient in your unarmed strikes, and the damage die you use changes as you level up in this class, from 1d6 at 3rd level, 1d8 at 5th level, 1d10 at 11th level, and 1d12 at 17th level. Additionally, whenever you make an unarmed strike with your attack action on your turn, you can use your bonus action to make another unarmed strike.

Raging Fists of Fury

At 6th level, while you are raging, your unarmed strikes deal magical damage for the purpose of overcoming resistances.

Unarmed Follow-Through

At 6th level, when you hit your target with an unarmed strike while raging, you can use your bonus action to attempt to further punish your opponent. You can roll an unarmed strike attack against the target you previously damaged, and on a hit, rather than dealing damage you can instead do one of the following:

  • Push the opponent ten feet away from you in any direction.
  • Grapple the opponent.
  • Knock the opponent down to the ground, prone, in its current location.

Brawling Avenger

At 10th level while you are raging, if an ally is targeted for a melee attack by an opponent within your movement speed's distance, you can use your reaction to close the distance between you and the attacker and make an unarmed strike against them.

Two for the Price of One

At 14th level, when you make an unarmed strike against an enemy while raging, you can target a second opponent if it is also in your melee range using the same attack action.
