Monk
Base Class: Monk

The Way of the Breath teaches its students to breathe correctly to match their ki to their surroundings and to their breath.

Breath Technique

Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you can manipulate your own ki by focusing on your breathing. You may use 1 ki to activate or change your breathing style, which grants you bonuses for 1 minute. Your breathing style is canceled if you are knocked unconscious.

Breathing Styles:

Calming Breath: You start taking slow, long breaths from the stomach to calm you down. You gain advantage to all Intelligence and Wisdom saving throws. Also, you gain 1 hit point after each turn when breathing like this

Heightened State: You start taking quick, short breaths from the upper chest to get you ready for anything that may happen. You gain advantage to all Strength and Dexterity saving throws. Also you gain an extra reaction that you can use for anything.

Harmonized Breathing: You focus on another creature with in your eyesight to match your inhale and exhale with another creature's inhale and exhale. When you use this breath style in combat you get to move up to half your speed and use an action after that creature's turn. When used outside of battle, you gain advantage on any check that the creature is proficient in. This breathing style doesn't work if the creature you focus on isn't breathing.

Damaging Breath

Starting at 6th level, you learn how to increase your damage output with just your breathing. When you use this breath technique, choose any damage type. Your monk weapons and unarmed attacks now do that type of damage while this breathing technique is active.

Constant Breathing Technique

Beginning at 11th level, you have learned to use your breathing technique constant, even when unconscious. When you activate your breathing style, that breathing style has no minute limit anymore.

Master of Breath

At 17th level, you have learned and master all of your breathing technique so well that you may teach others about these breathing styles. At the end of a long rest, you may teach 1 creature that took the long rest with you how to use one of your breathing technique to them. Also, your breathing styles have been improved to the following improvements.

Calming Breath now heals 1d4+1 hit points after each turn in combat.

Heightened State now gives advantage to all Strength and Dexterity based checks.

And Harmonized Breath now allows you to roll three dice and take the highest when rolling with advantage and gives a full extra turn instead of just an action.
