Base Class: Bard
You have received a blessing from Desire, the most deceitful and spiteful of the Endless. Desire appears as an androgynous, attractive person, and is different to everyone that sees them. She or they or it or sometimes all of the above uses this to manipulate the people around them to act out its will. It also likes to sow dissent among its siblings and stir up trouble; the intention and goal of which is rarely clear.
Sow Dissent From The Sidelines
Starting 6th level, you use your Blessing from Desire to induce chaos on the battlefield, sit back and watch it unfold.
You can expend a use of your Bardic Inspiration as a reaction to shout a comment to an ally who is rolling for an attack, ability check or damage. Roll your Bardic inspiration die and take what you roll away from theirs; you then store double this number, and can spend a reaction to add that on to a different ally's attack, ability check or damage roll.
You can also spend a use of your Bardic Inspiration as a reaction to shout at an enemy; you take a roll of your Bardic Inspiration die away from one of their attack, ability check or damage roll. If you had a number stored then you can use this number instead of what you roll. (You can only have 1 number stored at a time and when the stored number is used, it is lost.)
You can choose to use this feature after the creature makes its roll, but before the DM determines whether the attack roll or ability check succeeds or fails, or before the creature deals its damage. The creature is immune if it can’t hear you or if it’s immune to being charmed.
Additionally, You can trade your bonus action for an additional reaction.
(Crush)ing Words
Starting 14th level, you're even more like Desire, shouting and singing insults and winding people up from the sidelines; using their gift to tempt those around you to your will.
You can spend an action to make a target that you can see roll a DC10 CHA save; on a failed save the target is charmed by you until the end of your next turn, and will do whatever you tell them to do if they can do it.
The target rolls with disadvantage if they are already charmed by you with different effects but rolls with advantage if they aren't.
When you use this feature, you can use Bardic Inspiration dice to add the amount you roll onto the DC for the save that the target rolls. You must add this before the target rolls their save.
When an enemy you can see within range makes rolls an attack, damage or ability check roll; you can expend a Bardic Inspiration die as a reaction to roll the die and take the value away.
This number is doubled if they are under your Charming Aura effect, but then they are no longer charmed.
Additionally, when you use this feature, you can copy your value and use it as your roll when you next Sow Dissent.
Finally, you can trade your action for another reaction on your turn.
Charming Aura
Starting 3rd level, your blessing from Desire allows you to appear as someone that people desire; as such they are more likely to help you out and less likely to attack you.
Whenever you roll for initiative, any creatures that roll initiative that are hostile to you also roll a CHA save(maybe just consider initiative roll as the save?); on a failed save, they will avoid causing you harm whenever possible.
Also, you can expend a use of Bardic Inspiration to choose a hostile you can see that rolls initiative when you do and make them roll a CHA save. On a failed save, the target will attack anyone that you command them to on either your turn or theirs. On a successful save, the target will attack his own enemies as normal but will attack anyone that deals damage to you.
If you deal damage to them they are no longer charmed by you.
Finally, your max Charisma sore is increased by 2.
Compelling Words
Starting 3rd level, your charming words and looks tend to make people more likely to help you out and makes conversations likely to go your way.
When you enter a conversation with creatures that are not in your party, they must make a CHA save; on a failed save, the target is charmed by you, giving you advantage on CHA ability checks made against them. On a successful save, there is no effect.
If you and the target are the only creatures in the conversations, they roll the save with advantage, otherwise they roll it with disadvantage.
