Created under the guidance of the Fallen Aasimars, this order serves as a sanctuary for those who seek both protection and vengeance. The members of this order, the Fallen, are imbued with a strong, dark energy that looms within their soul. It feeds a powerful desire to destroy their enemies. A desire that is, at its best, unflinching and, at its worst, all-consuming.

Just like their protectors, the Fallen are famous for their fearsome manifestation. Regardless of their unholy power, the Fallen's affiliation between the good and evil are still unknown. All they ever care is just the safety of their kind and the death of their enemies.

Dark Affinity

Starting at 3rd level, you can see in dim light within 30 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.

In addition, you gain:
-advantage in Wisdom, Intelligence and Charisma checks when interacting with any Abyssal objects and/or entities.
-disadvantage in Wisdom, Intelligence and Charisma checks when interacting with any Celestial objects and/or entities.

Rite of the Dead

Starting at 3rd Blood Hunter level, you learn the esoteric rite Rite of the Dead which deals necrotic damage. The damage you suffer from activating this rite is halved.

Spellcasting

When you reach 3rd Blood Hunter level, you can augment your combat techniques with the ability to cast spells. See chapter 10 of the Player's Handbook for the general rules of spellcasting and chapter 11 in the Player's Handbook for the Warlock spell list.

Cantrips. You learn two cantrips of your choice from the warlock spell list. You learn an additional warlock cantrip of your choice at 10th level.

Spell Slots. The Fallen Spellcasting table shows how many spell slots you have. The table also shows what the level of those slots is; all of your spell slots are the same level.

To cast one of your warlock spells of 1st level or higher, you must expend a spell slot. You regain all expended spell slots when you finish a short or long rest.

For example, when you are 8th level, you have two 2nd-level spell slots. To cast the 1st-level spell witch bolt, you must spend one of those slots, and you cast it as a 2nd-level spell.

Spells Known of 1st Level and Higher. At 3rd level, you know two 1st-level spells of your choice from the warlock spell list.

The Spells Known column of the Fallen table shows when you learn more warlock spells of your choice of 1st level and higher. A spell you choose must be of a level no higher than what’s shown in the table’s Slot Level column for your level. When you reach 11th level, for example, you learn a new warlock spell, which can be 1st, 2nd, or 3rd level.

Additionally, when you gain a level in this class and order, you can choose one of the warlock spells you know and replace is with another spell from the warlock spell list, which also must be of a level for which you have spell slots.

Spellcasting Ability. Wisdom is your spellcasting ability for your warlock spells, so you use your Wisdom whenever a spell refers to your spellcasting ability. In addition, you use your Wisdom modifier when setting the saving throw DC for a warlock spell you cast and when making an attack roll with one.

Spell save DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Wisdom modifier

Spell attack modifier = your proficiency bonus + your Wisdom modifier

Necrotic Shroud

Starting at 7th Blood Hunter level, you can use your action to unleash the dark energy within yourself, causing your eyes to turn into pools of darkness and two skeletal, ghostly, flightless wings to sprout from your back. The instant you transform, other creatures within 20 feet of you that can see you must each succeed on a Wisdom saving throw (DC 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Wisdom modifier) or become frightened of you until the end of your next turn.

Your transformation lasts for 1 minute or until you end it as a bonus action. During it, once on each of your turns, you can deal extra necrotic damage to one target when you deal damage to it with an attack or a spell. The extra necrotic damage equals your level.

Once you use this trait, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.

Unholy Zeal

Starting at 11th Blood Hunter level, you can use a bonus action to unleash your demonic power to give you more battle potential in exchange for your sanity. When you use this ability, you gain +2 bonus to all attack and damage rolls. In exchange, you gain disadvantage in all checks and saves which rely on Wisdom and Intelligence. This effects last until the end of your next turn.

You can use this ability once per long rest.

Note: using this ability simultaneously may result in uncontrollable berserk. If you've used this ability at least 3 times in 3 days (situational, at DM's will), you'll fall into berserk mode when you use this ability again. Your DM shall take control of this character until the end of the ability's duration.

Sacrifice

At 15th Blood Hunter level, you unlocked an otherwordly ritual to regain your power at the cost of your life force. Once per long rest, you can sacrifice X HP as an action to regain the ability to cast Necrotic Shroud and Unholy Zeal. X equals to your character level.

Advanced Manifestation

At 18th Blood Hunter level, you gain the power to unleash greater Necrotic Shroud. This ability grants your Necrotic Shroud-form with these benefits:
-you gain resistance to Fire, Necrotic; Bludgeoning, Piercing and Slashing from nonmagical weapons.
-you gain advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
