Base Class: Barbarian
Beware the Iron Muscle! Weapons are no more than oversized cutlery to the majesty of your pecs! Your biceps make wild beasts quiver in fear and your glutes can crush stone! Your body is a tool crafted and honed to perfection, and you are the master of it. You can use your powerful muscles to perform damaging throws on grappled targets, tighten your holds on foes and become an all-around avatar of strength! Bruiser you are so much more than, brute you make squeal. Let your strength speak poetry of death to all who see it, and burn into their minds your perfect physique.
Raging Iron Muscle
Beginning at 3rd level, when you rage, your muscles strengthen to terrifyingly inhuman levels, and harden too. Your muscles can absorb damage, and grappling becomes easier as your toned body envelops targets in your meaty embrace. While you are raging, you gain advantage on strength checks to grapple creatures, and you can use your reaction to half the damage you take from an attack or effect a number of times equal to your strength modifier per long rest.
Powerful Throws
Beginning at 3rd level, when you have grappled a creature, you can use your attack action to throw them, colliding them with walls and objects. Feel the wind in your hair as your spin and throw your enemies into the pit of doom to your left! When you have a creature grappled, you can use your attack action to throw the grappled creature. The creature takes damage equal to 1d10 times half your barbarian levels and is thrown 5 times you strength modifier feet in a direction of your choice (They can be thrown down, but they will not suffer the effects of hitting a surface if they are). The creature is no longer grappled, and if they hit a surface such as a wall during their flight, they must make CON saving throw or be knocked prone and taking additional damage equal to you barbarian level.
Huge Muscles
Beginning at 6th level, your bulging muscles, become a sight to behold, letting you grapple creatures seemingly far too big for you to grapple, and you can use your muscles' crazy speed to combo strike and grapple as one. You gain the ability to grapple creatures up to two sizes larger than you, and you can take the grapple action as part of an attack on your turn. Grapples made as part of an attack have disadvantage on their rolls.
Unstable Muscle
Beginning at 10th level, when you rage, you can force your muscles into over time, pushing your beautiful tissues to their limits, allowing you to hit harder and better than any who have tried before. When you rage, you can choose to push your muscles to their utmost limits, letting you hit harder, at the cost of your own safety. When you deal damage via an attack or throw while in an Unstable Rage, you can sacrifice 10 HP to reroll damage die a number of times equal to your strength modifier. You can also sacrifice a further 5 HP to double your STR damage modifier on attacks.
