Base Class: Barbarian
The Ancient Curse of the Wendigo engulfs you with bloodlust and the taste for the flesh of the living. The curse manifests, it attempts to take control of you and brand you the symbol of the accursed one. However, your mind and body reject that chaotic temptation which causes the curse to only bind to a part of your body. It grants you power and control over the immense madness of the Ancient Wendigo yet now you are a part of the being. The power of the Ancient one lets you manifest the being to augment your abilities but only when you are at death's door. Barbarians who have conquered the trails of the Curse merge with wendigo itself making them a shared being, it grants them the power of ancient wendigo but also cursed to have its lust of flesh of the living.
Undying Rage
At level 3, whenever your Maximum hit point reaches below 25%, the Ancient Wendigo within you emerges and you enter an Undying Rage. The spirit of the Wendigo will manifest behind you and augments your physical ability and grants you +2 on AC. The Body part that is branded by the curse will gain an increase in their abilities. If it's the arm, your arm grows long and large like the Wendigo, allowing you to reach 10ft with your unarmed strikes, your fingers grow long and sharp which deals 1d10 + STR bonus slashing damage. If it's the legs, your legs manifest to that of the wendigo, your hoves grant you extra 30ft movement speed and allows you to perform unarmed strike kick which deals 1d10 + STR bonus blunt damage. If it's your torso, you start to grow sharp bones and spine of the Wendigo which grants you +4 on your AC, a sharp tail starts to manifest which allow you to perform unarmed strike tail pierce which deals 1d10 +STR bonus piercing damage. For every damage you take while you are in Rage form, convert half of that damage to a temporary hitpoint for the next round.
if you gain temporary hit points before you run out of temporary hit points, add the amount of temp hit points you currently have to the amount you gain from the previous damage.
Once your hit point reaches above 25%, the Rage state ends, and you will return back to normal.
Consume and Conquer
When you kill a creature while in your Undying Rage form, you can choose to consume the flesh and enter a Bloodlust State where you gain temporary hit points equal to half of their maximum hit points, and you add 1d6 to all of your attacks or you can choose to heal yourself for a 1d8 + CON bonus. Bloodlust State will last so long as your Undying Rage is still active. Your Bloodlust starts to corrupt your mind and so for the start of every round that Bloodlust State is active, you must make a DC (10) Constitution saving throw in order to resist losing control. Failing the saving throw will result in you succumbing to your desire and roll an unarmed strike and target the closest creature to you which includes your allies.
If you kill another creature before you run out of temporary hit points, add the amount of temp hit points you currently have to the amount you gain from the killed creature.
Heart of the Winter
At level 6, you gain resistance to cold damage and deal an extra 1d4 cold damage per strike while raging. When you score a critical hit, deal an extra 1d4 cold damage. When you are in cold terrain, you will gain +10 movement speed and an advantage on one of your rolls.
This increases to 1d6 at level 6 and 1d10 at level 12.
Screaming Carnage
At level 10, the Wendigo has bestowed you its roar and you gain the ability to let out a 30ft radius Powerful scream. Enemies who are in this radius will have to roll a DC (10 + your hit bonus) Constitution saving throw. If they fail the saving throw, they are stunned for 2 rounds and receive Wendigo's Mark.
Enemies with Wendigo's Mark will receive 1d6 extra damage, a critical hit will deal another extra 1d6 to the enemy. This mark will last for 4 rounds
You can only use this ability once per round. This ability can only be used a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus. Uses reset on short rest.
This increases to 1d8 at level 14
Cleansing of the Ancient One
At level 10, the corruption of the Wendigo is cleansed due to your willpower and immense determination to survive. Your cursed mark turns blue with a gold inscription, the once black tainted fur turns pure white and your eyes turn blue like sapphire. This Ascended Form can be used once per long rest and last for 5 mins. In your Ascended Form, you automatically enter Bloodlust State without losing yourself, you heal yourself to full hit point and for every time you gain a temporary hit point, all allies will receive the temporary hit point as well. All Enemies will receive Royal Wendigo's Mark which will Knock them prone and they will receive 1d8 extra damage, a critical hit will deal another extra 1d8 to enemies and for every extra damage, half of the damage will heal allies. Royal Wendigo's Mark will last for 5 rounds.
This Increases to 1d10 at level 18.
