Spear of Justice

This is my first subclass that i have made. I have based it of Undyne from Undertale and would like some feedback.

Magic Spear

Startin at 3rd level, you can use a bonus action to summon a magic spear in your hand (requires a free hand) that does 1D6 + your Strength modifier Piercing damage, this spear has a throw range of 30/120 and is considered as magical (for the purpose of overcoming immunity and resistance against none magical weapons), you can summon half of your Fighter level (rounded down) worth of Spears. The spears lasts up to 10 minutes or dismissed, banished by counter spell (only 1 gets banished) or you are knocked unconscious. The duration goes up to 1 hour at 10th level.

Floating Spear

Starting at 7th level you can use your action to make all of your Magic Spears within 25ft, float above you. If you are disarmed or if you throw your spear, you can use your reaction to get one of your floating spears into your hand. Requires concentration.

Launch Spear

Starting at 10th level you can use an attack action to make a ranged spell attack (40/130ft) using your Intelligence + your proficiency. The attack launches one of your floating spears dealing 1D8 + your Intelligence modifier as Force damage, or launch the spear in your hand with magical might  increasing the throw range to (40/130ft) and dealing 1D6 + 1 + your Strength modifier Piercing damage. This works with extra attacks.

Spears From Below

Starting at 15th level, you can use an action to target 1 or more creatures within range (40ft) and use the targeted number of creatures in spear charges, to attack them from below the creatures must make a Constitutions saving throw or take 1D8 + your Intelligence modifier wroth of force, or half that on a successful save.

Magic Spear Flow

If you roll initiative and have no charges of Magic Spear remaining, you regain 2 charges of it.
