Base Class: Fighter
You trained with a dragon and learn to incorporate your training in the way you fight. Be it that you made a deal to train with the dragon or you were raised by one every Draconic Fighter has a different reason in how they managed to interact with a dragon and lived.
Draconic Weapon
Your extensive training with a dragon taught you the art of infusing your weapon with the power of a dragon. At 3rd level as a bonus action you call upon the elemental might and knowledge of the dragon you trained with to attack in a small area of attack of elemental energy. When you take the attack action with a melee weapon you can choose to attack in a small cone of 10 feet of elemental dragon fury that uses your current weapon die for damage. The type of damage depends on what dragon you trained with, Acid for a black or copper dragon, lightning for a blue or bronze dragon, fire for a red, brass or gold dragon, poison for a green dragon and cold damage for a white or silver dragon. You can also choose any more obscure dragon and use the fitting element with the approval of your DM. When you reach certain levels your dragonic power becomes stronger, the damage increases at 5th level (d8), 11th level (d10), and 17th level (d12).
Forked Tongue
Your time with dragons has taught you their language. At 3rd level, you learn to speak, read and write Draconic if you don’t know how to already. In addition you have advantage in Charisma checks with draconic races.
Wild Nimbleness
When you reach 7th level, your time climbing and traversing through your dragon’s lair has made you a natural at climbing and traversing difficult terrain. You gain a climbing speed equal to your movement and difficult terrain no longer affects you
Frightful Presence
Your strikes have a brutality that is similar to that of a dragon which strikes fear in the hearts of your foes. At 10th level, when you reduce a creature to 0 hit points, as a reaction you can make each creature of your choice within 60 feet of you to make a wisdom saving throw or be frightened of you for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of its turn to try to end the effect on it.
Your DC for this ability is 8 + your proficiency modifier + your charisma modifier (or the attack mod for the weapon at the time)
You can use this ability once per long or short rest.
Dragonskin
At 15th level, the constant exposure to your dragon’s elemental has made you more resistant to it.
In addition once per long rest you can steel yourself for the damage ahead. As a bonus action you can become more durable for 1 minute. While you are in this state you are immune to your dragon’s element and you gain a +2 to your AC. When you take damage you can use your reaction to reduce the incoming damage by 1d10 + your con mod.
Dragon’s Fury
At 18th level, you attack with the savagery or fury of a dragon. When you use Action Surge you gain an additional action on top of the one it already gives you. It also gives you an additional bonus action and reaction.
When you choose to use your Action Surge in this way and that turn ends, you are unable to move or take any actions until the end of your next turn. You may still take reactions though.
