Base Class: Barbarian
Those which follow the Path of the Airborne Spirit have learned to channel their rage within, drawing from a deep strength born from within. Some learn from the birds above, some draw power directly from the Elemental Plane of Air itself. Whatever the path, these Barbarians have gained powers akin to flight, able to leap small buildings in a single bound, or able to jump the distance from one ship on the waves to another.
Enraged Leaps
At 3rd level, whenever you go into your rage, your jump distance is tripled until your rage ends. You can make a running long jump or running high jump after only 5 feet of movement, rather than 10 feet. Additionally, while jumping, you can carry an amount of weight equal to double your carrying capacity without being encumbered.
Protected Fall
Starting at 6th level, you reduce all falling damage you would take by a number equal to twice your barbarian level plus your constitution modifier.
Explosive Landing
At 10th level, while you are raging and leap or fall at least 10 feet, you create a shockwave in a 10 foot radius around you. You deal 3d8 thunder damage to all creatures around you, excluding yourself and whoever or whatever you might be carrying. The area included in this shockwave is turned into difficult terrain.
Strength of the Sky
At 14th level, your connection to the spirits of the sky is so strong that you gain the following benefits:
- Your jump distance while not raging is doubled.
- While raging, your jump distance is quadrupled instead of tripled.
- As a bonus action, you can make a DC 15 Athletics check to jump either 20 feet horizontally or 15 feet vertically.
- You can wield a single two-handed in one hand.
