Base Class: Druid
Few forces of nature are as feared and respected as the storm, and Druids of this circle seek to emulate that power and majesty. Druids of the Circle of the Typhoon are masters of storms, water, wind and lightning, and are often just as comfortable among the clouds or at sea as they are with their feet planted on the ground.
Members of this circle are few, only meeting other circle members on special occasions. As such, it is not uncommon for these druids to join militias in coasts or port cities, and help protect the area from those who would harm it. However, wherever these druids go, turmoil is sure to follow.
Bonus Cantrip
When you choose this circle at 2nd level, you learn the ray of frost cantrip. It counts as a druid spell for you, but it doesn't count against your number of cantrips known.
Soul of the Sea
Starting at 2nd level, you gain a swimming speed of 50 feet, and can breathe underwater.
Additionally, you learn Primordial if you don’t know it already, and when you are fully submerged, any creature that is also fully submerged can understand your speech, and you can understand theirs.
Storm Elementals
Also at 2nd level, you gain the ability to channel the might of the sea and skies alongside your spells.
Whenever you cast a spell of 1st level or higher that deals cold, lightning or thunder damage, you can expend a use of your Wild Shape to awaken tiny storm elementals that float and spin around you, rather than transforming into a beast form (no action required).
You create a number of elementals equal to 1 + the spell's level, and as a bonus action on your turn, you can command one of the elementals to hurl itself against a creature within 60 feet of you. Make a ranged spell attack, and on a hit, the creature takes 1d4 + your Wisdom Modifier cold, lightning or thunder damage. The damage type is that of the spell you cast. When you reach 10th level in this class, the damage increases to 2d4.
The elementals last for 1 minute, and you can only have elementals of up to 1 spell at a time. If you use this feature again while you still have elementals, they are dismissed in place of the new ones.
Circle Spells
Your connection to the storm and affinity for lightning, water and wind grants you access to certain spells.
At 3rd, 5th, 7th, and 9th level you gain access to the spells listed for that level in the Circle of Typhoon Spells table. Once you gain access to one of these spells, you always have it prepared, and it doesn't count against the number of spells you can prepare each day. If you gain access to a spell that doesn't appear on the druid spell list, the spell is nonetheless a druid spell for you.

Leviathan Strike
Starting at 6th level, whenever you deal cold, lightning or thunder damage with a spell of 1st level or higher, you deal an additional d8 of damage.
Additionally, if the creature is Large or smaller, you can push it up to 10 feet in any direction.
Storm Guide
Also at 6th level, you gain the ability to subtly control the weather around you.
If it is raining, you can use an action to cause the rain to stop falling in a 20-foot-radius sphere centered on you. You can end this effect as a bonus action.
If it is windy, you can use a bonus action each round to choose the direction that the wind blows in a 100-foot-radius sphere centered on you. The wind blows in that direction until the end of your next turn. This feature doesn't alter the speed of the wind.
Tempestuous Burst
Starting at 10th level, whenever you utilize your stormy magic, you erupt with the might of a typhoon.
Whenever you activate your Storm Elementals feature or cast a spell of 1st level or higher that deals cold, lightning or thunder damage, creatures of your choice within 15 feet of you must make a Constitution Saving Throw against your spell save DC. On a failed safe, they take cold, lightning or thunder damage (your choice as this ability triggers) equal to your druid level and are pushed up to 10 feet in any direction. On a successful save, they only take half damage and aren’t pushed.
Typhoon Soul
When you reach 14th level, you gain a permanent connection to the winds and the typhoon. You gain a magical flying speed of 50 feet and can hover.
