Base Class: Ranger
Whether it was by mere coincidence or fate leading you, you've found yourself attached to the winged beasts known as Birds. Whether you've been around birds since birth, or made deals with these feathery friends throughout your life, these mystical creatures have been with you for as long as you can remember.Regardless of how your attachment to the Avian came about, you've grown a connection far greater than any other. You now have the ability to call upon three mystical birds of the arcane to aid you in your struggles, a sign of gratitude for your years of kindness. Each bird excels in their own individual talents, and you, being the master of the feather, now know how to improve on their already amazing abilities to make them stronger.
Bird Companion
Starting at 3rd level you learn how to summon birds to aid you in battle. As a bonus action you can call upon a bird companion, it is friendly to you and your companions, and it obeys your commands. See this creature’s game statistics in the Bird Companion stat block, which uses your proficiency bonus (PB) in several places. You can choose between three types of birds that determine certain traits in their statblock.
In combat, the bird shares your initiative count, but it takes its turn immediately after yours. It can move and use its reaction on its own, but the only action it takes on its turn is the Dodge action, unless you take a bonus action on your turn to command it to take another action. That action can be one in its stat block or some other action. If you are incapacitated, the bird can take any action of its choice, not just Dodge. Whenever you summon a new bird it does not gain more uses of an action with limited uses per day, instead, all birds share the same amount of uses of an ability.
The bird remains for 1 minute, after which it disappears. You can summon these birds a number of times equal to your proficiency modifier + half of your Wisdom modifier (rounded up), however, you can only have one bird summoned at a time if you try to summon another bird the first one disappears. The bird also disappears if you die.

Additionally, you can communicate with beasts with a flying speed. They understand the meaning of your words and can communicate simple ideas to you.
Feather Shot
Once per long rest, when you take the attack action, you may choose to gain a bonus to all attack rolls made with that action equal to your Animal Handling skill bonus.
You gain another use of this ability at 15th level.
Nest Brothers
At 11th level, your affinity with the birds is such that you can now command and summon up to two birds in battle as a bonus action instead of one. When summoned this way, they count as one bird being summoned.
Avian Master
At 15th level, you become one with the avians that fight by your side, such that wings sprout from your back, giving you a fly speed equal to your walking speed when you are not wearing heavy armor.
In addition to this, you may now use an action to summon a bird of prey, a bird of healing and a bird of harmony at once and may command them with a bonus action. When summoned this way, they last until the end of your next long rest, unless they die or you summon new birds, at which point they replace their respective bird. You can use this feature once per long rest.
