Claw of The Dragon
Starting at 3 level, as a bonus action you can spend 1 Ki point to wreathe your hands and feet in elemental energy. Your unarmed strikes deal additional elemental damage equal to your martial arts die until the end of your next turn. This damage type matches the damage type of your Draconic Reverence. At 11 level you can choose to spend 3 Ki points to gain this additional damage for 1 minute.
Dragon's Breath
Starting at 6 level, your training has strengthened your lungs to withstand your draconic Ki, granting you the power of a dragon’s breath. As an action you may expend 3 Ki points and release a powerful Breath Weapon. All creatures within range must succeed a Dexterity ( unless your draconic reverence is a Green, Silver, or White dragon, in which case it's a Con save) saving throw or take 3d8 Damage that matches your reverence, on a success they take half damage. The damage of your Breath weapon can be bolstered by spending additional Ki points. For every additional Ki point spent when using your Dragon’s Breath, you can increase the range by an additional 10 feet and the amount of damage die by 1d8.
Scales of The Dragon
Beginning at 11 level, your heavy training has affected your endurance. Your skin hardens and begins to form scales, claws, and webbed fingers that bear resemblance of your Draconic Reverence. You gain resistance to the damage type of your Draconic Reverence and gain your walking speed in an additional movement type that is of your Reverence. Furthermore, you can now choose to expend 3 Ki points to gain the benefits of your Claws of The Dragon feature for 1 minute.
Dragon's Stance
At 17 level, your dedicated mastery of the Draconic arts in it’s final stage, allowing you to take on a semblance of a dragon’s form. As an action you may expend 5 Ki points and assume a draconic form. This form lasts for one minute. While you are transformed, you gain the following abilities.
. Draconic wings sprout from your back, granting you a flying speed equal to your walking speed. You cannot manifest these wings while wearing armor unless the armor is made to accommodate them, and clothing not made to accommodate your wings might be destroyed when you manifest them.
.You gain immunity to your Draconic Reverence damage type.
. As a bonus action on your turn, you may level your draconic gaze at any creatures within 60 feet of you that can see you. These creatures must make a Wisdom Saving throw or become frightened of you for one minute. While a creature is frightened of you, they have disadvantage on saving throws against your attacks and abilities, and you have advantage on attack rolls against these creatures. The saving throw DC is equal to 10+ your proficiency bonus+ your Charisma modifier. This ability can only be used once during your transformation period.
. The damage caused by your Breath Of The Dragon feature increases by an additional 2d8, and the damage die for your Claws Of The Dragon increase from a 1 additional damage die to 2.
Once you have used this feature, you may not use it again until you complete a long rest.

Posted Jul 10, 2020I would change the dragon's breath to an attack that you can use a number of times equal to the wisdom modifie. I would increase the damage per level like the dragonborn.
The damage increases to 3d8 at 6th level, 4d8 at 11th level, and 5d8 at 17th level. I would put a limit on the ki usable to increase the breathing damage equal to the wisdom modifier.
