Base Class: Bard
A bard of this college preforms the usual role a bard serves in society, telling stories and keeping lore. However, a Rebel bard serves to inspire those around them; inspiring change and uplifting their allies in combat, whether it be via stories and tales, or through feats of combat in the field of battle. A college of rebellion bard's duty is to the appressed.
These Bard's tendency to point out and challenge corrupt authority makes them targets more often than not, often times leading to escalations in local disputes wherever they go.
Inspiring Combatant
You gain the ability to inspire your allies through acts of grace and heroism on the battlefield. As a free action when you strike a foe, you can consume a use of bardic inspiration to mark that foe until the beginning of your next turn. When an ally makes an attack against a marked foe, they can add your Cha modifier to their attack and damage rolls
Ballad of Battle
A Rebellion Bard sees the field of battle against an oppressor as a stage, and their audience are those they fight with and for.
You can preform in the heat of battle. You gain the ability to, as an action, create a 20ft radius area where your bardic magic illuminates the field in vibrant magic. This area creates bright light within its circle and lasts up to a minute, requiring concentration.
Any ally who is in this circle at the beginning of their turn, gains 1d8 + your Cha modifier temporary health. As long as the Ballad is active, you can, as a reaction, coordinate an attack. Any Ally within its area can make an attack against a single foe of your choosing when you do this.
You can preform this Ballad a number of times equal to your Cha modifier, resetting after a long rest.
Rebellious Spirit
At 6th level whenever you use Countercharm and a creature succeeds its save, it gains a Bardic Inspiration without you expending one of your uses
Bardic Warrior
When you use your action to use a bardic spell or other bard ability, you can make a weapon attack as a bonus action.
