Base Class: Monk
Monks following the Way Of The Arcanist Mind becomes able to focus their minds to control magical forces. They learn to expand their senses fare beyond their normal reaches. They can create forces to enhance their own abilities or impede others. They even learn to change the physical world around them to better suit their needs. When faced with foes who rely on magic they also have the tools to hamper their foes abilities to cast.
Spellcasting
When you reach 3rd level, you have learned to focus your mind and ki enough to obtain the ability to cast spells.
Spell Slots. The Arcanist Mind spell slot table shows how many spell slots you have to cast your spells of 1st level and higher. To cast one of these spells, you must expend a slot of the spell's level or higher. You regain all expended spell slots when you finish a long rest.
You prepare the list of Arcanist Mind spells that are available for you to cast, choosing from the Arcanist Mind spell list. When you do so, choose a number of Arcanist Mind spells equal to your Wisdom modifier + half your Monk level, rounded down (minimum of one spell). The spells must be of a level for which you have spell slots. You can change your list of prepared spells when you finish a long rest. Preparing a new list of Arcanist Mind spells requires time spent in deep meditation: at least 1 minute per spell level for each spell on your list, this time can overlap with the time you spend to regain ki points.
Spellcasting Ability. Wisdom is your spellcasting ability for your Arcanist Mind spells, since you learn your spells through meditation and reflection. You use your Wisdom whenever a spell refers to your spellcasting ability. In addition, you use your Wisdom modifier when setting the saving throw DC for a Arcanist Mind spell you cast and when making an attack roll with one.
Spell save DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Wisdom modifier
Spell attack modifier = your proficiency bonus + your Wisdom modifier

Forceful Grasp
At 3rd level, you learn to focus your magic to enhance your martial arts. You learn the shocking grasp cantrip and it counts as an Arcanist Mind spell for you. When you cast shocking grasp its damage become force damage. For the purpose of Monk features casting shocking grasp counts as taking the the attack action with an unarmed strike and the purpose of Monk features it counts as an melee weapon attack instead of an Melee spell attack.
Ki-focused casting
When you reached 6th level, you have learned to use ki to fuel your meditation. Instead of casting a spell with the ritual tag with one of your spell slots you can spend 1 ki point per spell level of a spell on the Arcanist Mind spell list, even if you dosn't have it prepared and then ritual cast it, as if you had the ability to ritual cast. It must be of a level that you have spell slots to cast.
Flowstopper
Beginning at 6th level, you learn to halt other peoples acces to the flow of magic. You become able to cast counterspell with ki points, in addition to any other way you can cast it or learn to cast it later. You must spend 3 ki points to cast it as a 3rd level spell. You can spend additional ki points to cast it as a higher level spell, for each 2 ki points extra you pay when you cast it, it's cast at one level higher. The maximum number of ki points you can spend on this feature is equal to half your monk level, round down.
Forceful focus
At 11th level, you become able to cast the spells Telekinesis, Rary's Telepathic Bond and Wall of Force once per long rest each. In addition when you cast an abjuration spell that requires you to make an ability check as a part of casting that spell (as in counterspell and dispel magic), you add half of your proficiency bonus to that ability check.
Magical Enlightenment.
At 17th level, you become able to cast Antimagic Field once per long rest. You also have advantage on constitution saving throws to maintain concentration on a spell.
