Chaos

The ever changing land of limbo has produced some of the most confusing and strange things from all the realms. Chaos patrons are one of them. They are beings of immense uncontrolled magical power that rivals even the most powerful of fiends and aberrations. Rarely, these patrons will stumble into the material plane by pure random chance. These beings cannot survive in the material plane when they are exposed so they will hide themselves in order to preserve themselves. That is when the contract between man and chaos happen. They will grant their vessel incredible magical powers in exchange for just one thing; food. Chaos patrons desire one thing and one thing only: to eat. They care not for concepts such as good or evil, as long as they get to eat live, powerful prey in order to grow stronger they are happy. The only reason they would approve of travelling companions would be because they can help the vessel obtain food more easily. They are also very concerned for their vessel's health, as if their vessel dies the patron has little chance of survival.

Omnipresent Chaos

Your patron's vessel is your body. As a result, it's powerful chaotic energy alters you passively and permanently as it flows constantly throughout your mortal coil.

As a focus for your spells, you can use any part of your body, as you are now a living vessel of magical chaotic energy.

Additionally, you can now passively hover at all times. While hovering, you are immune to being knocked prone and ignore difficult terrain.

Consume

You fulfill your patron's end of the pact by consuming your enemies, feeding your patron and restoring your life force. You can now manifest your patron from your body in the form of a sharp toothed mouth followed by dark chaotic energy to consume your enemies. 

As a bonus action, you can make a melee spell attack against a creature within your reach. On a hit, the attack deals 1d10 necrotic damage and heals you for half the damage dealt (rounded down). This healing cannot go over your maximum hp. You can use this ability a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus. You regain all uses on a long rest.

Additionally, if a creature within 30ft of you is reduced to 0 hit points, you can use a reaction and expend a use of Consume to Devour that creature. Devouring the creature gives you temporary hit points equal to 1d6 + your warlock level and completely gets rid of the creature's corpse.

At Higher Levels: Consume's damage increases by 1d10 when you reach 5th level in the warlock class, (2d10) 9th level (3d10) and 13th level (4d10).

 

Eye of Chaos

Your patron can now grant you it's superior sight by directly manifesting itself on your body.

As an action, you can create a third eye anywhere on your body. It is your patron's eye, but it simply shares it's sight with you. If the eye isn't obscured by clothing or armor, it can grant you the following features. Whenever you make a perception roll that relies on sight, you can roll with advantage. The eye has 120ft of darkvision, and can see through magical darkness. It is also immune to the blinded condition. If the eye is visible to other creatures or they know of it's presence, you will have disadvantage on persuasion checks. After you've manifested it, you can change the eye's position on your body as a free action. The eye lasts for 8 hours or until dismissed (requires no action from you). You can manifest it once per long rest.

Additionally, if your eye is manifested, as a bonus action, you can cause a creature the eye can see within 60ft of you to make a charisma saving throw (uses your spell save DC). On a successful save, nothing happens and the eye disappears. On a failed save, the creature is paralyzed until the end of their next turn and the eye disappears.

Superior Consumption

Consuming your enemies now grants you more power than ever. 

When you Devour a creature you can choose to restore one of your expended 5th level spell slots. You can do this once a long rest.

Additionally, you now have resistance to necrotic damage as your body is more than ever acclimated to it's highly magically unstable nature.

Undying Chaos

You can now use the lifeforce of your enemies for yourself.

 When you Devour a creature, you can steal it's soul and store it within yourself. Doing this doesn't give you the temporary hit points you would normally receive. When you drop to 0 hit points, you can consume one of your stolen souls' to bring you to 1 hit point instead. You lose all of your stored souls on a long rest.

 

Eternal Feast

The peak of your chaotic prowess. It is said this spell conjures a portion of limbo itself to consume the elements of the material plane. You summon a circle of pure void and chaos, where your patron can move freely and consume everything in it's path.

 As an action, you transform the area in a 120ft sphere around you into a portion of Limbo's chaos. In this environment, your patron can move freely, you can use Consume or Devour on any creature within the sphere regardless of how far they are from you. Consume's attack rolls are made with advantage if the target is within the sphere. Additionally, if a creature is hit with Consume within the sphere, they must succeed on a strength saving throw (using your spell save dc) or be grappled by your patron's toothy maw. Eternal Feast lasts for 10 minutes and requires concentration. You can use Eternal Feast once per long rest.
