You gain proficiency with firearms.

Gunzerking

While raging and dual wielding light firearms you can make two attacks per attack, one with your right handed and one with your left handed weapon. This follows the rules of two weapon fighting, only that instead of using a bonus action for the second shot, you use the same attack as for the first shot.
Both shots require only half ammo.

Hard to Kill

When you enter a rage you immediately regain some hit points.
Additionally enemies within 5 feet of you have to make a constitution saving throw or be pushed 10 feet away from you.

Titans Grip

While raging you can hold and use two weapons that you normally couldn't wield together or in one hand, even those with the two-handed and heavy tag.

Auto-Load

Killing an enemy or landing a critical immediately reloads all your firearms.
