The members of The Dirashari are fiercely committed to others of their order and others their deem worthy of trust and will often lay down their lives in order to save such ones.

Open Hand Technique

Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you can manipulate your enemy’s ki when you harness your own. Whenever you hit a creature with one of the attacks granted by your Flurry of Blows, you can impose one of the following effects on that target:

  • It must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or be knocked prone.
  • It must make a Strength saving throw. If it fails, you can push it up to 15 feet away from you.
  • It can’t take reactions until the end of your next turn.

Sneak Attack

Beginning at 3rd level, you know how to strike subtly and exploit a foe's distraction. Once per turn, you can deal an extra 1d4 damage to one creature you hit with an attack if you have advantage on the attack roll. The attack must use an unarmed strike.

You don't need advantage on the attack roll if another enemy of the target is within 5 feet of it, that enemy isn't incapacitated, and you don't have disadvantage on the attack roll.

You can increase the amount of extra damage by spending one Ki point per d4.

Martial Prowess

You gain an additional weapon proficiency.

Subtle Intuition

After spending 10 minutes with a person you are able to read expressions and mental state perfectly. With this, you gain advantage on Insight and Deception checks against them.

Heightened Senses

You calm your mind and reach out with your senses becoming hyper-aware of your surroundings. As an action, you can spend 3 Ki points and for one minute you can not suffer the effects of being blinded and can operate in areas of complete darkness as if you could see normally with no penalties to checks involving sight.

Readiness of Mind

Beginning at 11th level, you can spend a short rest in a meditative state preparing yourself for what hardships might lie ahead, stealing yourself against one type of physical damage, bludgeoning, piercing, or slashing.

This state lasts until you drop to zero hit point or until your next long rest.

Shadowy Presence

Starting at 12th level, once per day you can use your action to spend 3 Ki points and cast Pass without Trace on yourself, and one creature you can touch for 10 minutes.

Master Worrier

At 17th level, you gain the ability to send a lethal vibration into someone's body linking your ki with theirs. By expending your action and bonus action and 5 ki points, when you hit a creature with an unarmed strike, you send these imperceptible vibrations through their body. The vibrations last for a number of days equal to your monk level and are harmless until you chose to end them. To do so you and your target must be on the same plane of existence. When you use this action, the creature must succeed a DC 15 Constitution saving throw. If it fails, it is reduced to 0 hit points. If it succeeds, it takes 10d10 Necrotic damage.

Once you use this ability it can not be used for 10 days and you suffer 2 levels of exhaustion.
