The veiled followers of the goddess Psyche revere her for her humility, beauty, and love. They reject the envy of her sisters, but also admit that they too have the potential for hatred and selfishness within. To combat this, they veil their faces and seek to love even those they hate until the the Shadowbrute deems them worthy to see a god face to face.

The followers of Illmater take a different approach, putting themselves into danger and destitution in order to draw all the hatred of the world onto themselves, sparing others that suffering. In doing so, they make themselves like their broken god and show the world a glimpse of his godhead.

Natural Love

When you choose this domain at 1st level, you regain a sense of harmony with yourself and with the natural world around you. You gain proficiency with Animal Handling and you learn the spell Speak With Animals.

Salvific Grace

Also starting at 1st level, you can draw on the love between friends and comrades to drive them to superhuman heroism. You can cast bless four times per long rest. When cast in this way, the spell can only affect a creature once per turn, it has a duration of ten minutes, and it does not require concentration.

Channel Divinity: Weal to the Weary

At 2nd level, you can present your holy symbol and find yourself moved by divine love to save the weak.

As an action, you can move up to your speed and restore 2d6+2 HP to any creature within five feet of you. This movement does not provoke opportunity attacks.

Substitutionary Atonement

Beginning at 6th level, when a creature affected by one of your spells takes damage within 30 feet of you, you can use your reaction to take that damage instead.

Spiritual Communion

At 8th level, your love for all allows you to break the false barriers of space and time. You can cast Sending without expending a spell slot a number of times equal to your Wisdom modifier.

Elder's Wisdom

Starting at 17th level, you learn after many weddings and funerals that it’s best not to waste people’s time. You can cast any cleric spell with the ritual tag as a ritual as an action.
