As a bonus action the Raven queen places a mark on a target of your choice.

Home of the Queen

You can use the blink spell but instead of returning within 10ft of your last location you reappear within 10ft of a creature you have marked for death.

You also do not disappear to the Ethereal Plane rather the Shadow fell.

In the Shadow fell you can not see or hear the mortal plane. Rather you meditate and focus on your mark.

Active enemy awareness to decide surprise attack. DC 17 - Successful blinks during Marks time in combat.

Hand of the Queen

If you kill your target and then at the end of your turn return to the Shadow fell, you escort the soul of your mark to the queen herself. Heal Leveld4.

If while in the Shadow fell you see the soul of your mark appear (They died) you heal for the amount equal Level/2d4.

Speak with Marks

You learn to cast speak with dead with minor adjustments.

You can only speak with the soul of a marked target that has died in the last hour.
You travel to the Shadow fell to speak with the soul, no body required.

Since you speak with the soul itself it can learn and is more intelligent then.

Control of Mark

If a Mark dies while you are in the Shadow fell you can take possession of the Mark through meditation.

You see through corpse eyes and control its body, anything you say outloud the mark says outloud in its own voice.

You maintain control of the Mark for the duration of the Mark or until you leave the Shadow fell.
