Base Class: Barbarian
The Path of the Raging Tempest is a descent into uncontrollable and fanatical power. Barbarians who follow this path act as conduits for the fury of nature itself, tapping into the wild forces to cause destruction everywhere around them.
Thunderous Blows
Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, you can channel nature's fury into your weapon strikes. While you’re raging, your weapon attacks do extra damage equal to 1d4 + your proficiency bonus. The extra damage is lightning or thunder damage. When you are in a storm the damage dice increases to a d6.
Effects created by spells such as Ice Storm, Call Lightning and Storm of Vengeance count as being in a storm. Ultimately whether you are in a storm or not is up to the DM.
Eye of the Storm
At 3rd level, your body is accustomed to nature's fury. You gain resistance to lightning and thunder damage.
Gale Runner
Starting at 6th level, you are used to running through the wild winds and the center of storms. Your movement speed increases by 10ft and you are no longer affected by difficult terrain from weather. In addition while in a storm opportunity attacks made against you are made at disadvantage.

Sunder
At 10th level, you learn to channel your rage into a furious strike empowered by nature. As an action you make a massive strike in front of you. All creatures in a 15 ft line in front of you must make a strength saving throw, on a failed save a creature takes 4d6 lightning damage and is knocked prone on a successful save a creature takes half damage and is not knocked prone. In addition any creature within 5ft of the line must make a constitution saving throw on a failed save a creature takes 2d6 thunder damage and is knocked prone.
In a storm the damage dice increase to d8's.
Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest or critically strike with a weapon attack.

Cloudburst
Beginning at 14th level, your affinity for the storm allows you to influence the weather during your rage.
When your rage begins you may create a miniature storm in a 60ft radius around you. The storm is considered difficult terrain to creatures hostile to you. In addition as a bonus action you may make a ranged spell attack against any creature in the radius. This attack uses your constitution modifier to hit and deals your thunderous blows damage on a hit.
If your rage begins in a storm you may increase the intensity with effects at the dm's discretion.
