You understand that life, magic, and energy are all just different sides of the same coin. Threads woven together into an intricate tapestry. Affecting a single thread affects the others. With intense training and years of study you have learned how to alter the weave around you with your Ki. Empowering yourself and weakening your enemies.

 

Siphoning Strike

Once per turn,  when you hit with an attack, you may expend 1 Ki to deal an additional 1d4 damage. You gain temporary hit points equal to the additional damage. This die changes as you gain monk levels, as shown in the Martial Arts column of the Monk table.

Detect Magic
You can cast Detect Magic as a ritual.

Dispel Magic
You can cast dispel magic as a 3rd-level spell. If you are within 5ft of the target you have advantage on the ability check. Your spell casting ability is 8 + your proficiency bonus + your wisdom modifier. You can use this ability a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus. You regain all uses after a long rest.

Pluck the String

Go Beyond
1 Bonus Action - You regain ki points equal to your proficiency bonus. Enemies have advantage against you until the start of your next turn. Once per short rest.

Spell Jammer
Enemies hit by your Siphoning Strike have disadvantage on their concentration check.

Weave Ripple

Weave Ripple
1 Action - Choose the number of ki points you'd like to spend. Roll 1d12 for each ki point spent. Designate any number of creatures within 30ft as Yin or Yang.

Yin: Target must make a charisma save, 8 + proficiency bonus + wisdom modifier. On a failed save, the target takes necrotic damage equal to the total rolled. Half as much on a successful save.

Yang
: Target is healed by the total rolled.
