This is a premium box with props and accessories to help a DM immerse his party in the particular adventure - this particular one is aimed at Dragon Heist, and includes a code to unlock the digital version of the book on DDB - this is an arrangement between DDB and the makers of the platinum box.
Okay I redeemed a code yesterday and it worked but then I went ahead to redeem the next one (not realising it’s a checkout code instead of a redeeming code)
now I have no idea where to find the content I correctly redeemed. Sent an email asking what to do but haven’t had a reply yet.. anyone here able to tell me where I can find my stuff?
Doesn’t answer my question. I already contacted customer support a couple days ago and haven’t received a reply...
I correctly redeemed the code. It showed me my product but where do I find that on the website after redemption? There’s nothing in my campaigns or anywhere I can see.
I just want to have my digital version of the book so I can use it to help explain things better to my group.
It sounds like you redeemed the Essential Kit bundle?
You can find the Dragon of Icespire Peak, and the follow-on adventures, by navigating to the menu at the top of the page and hovering over SOURCES and then selecting the adventure from the list of adventures on the right-hand side.
I must have misinterpreted what the code is for then.. I thought I'd be able to dowload the book and save it to my computer, but it seems I'm not able to do that. I can only view the pages through this website. To Farling, the Marketplace says I have EKB-00001 Essentials Kit Bundle. But doesn't have any links to the product I bought..
Anyone know how to redeem digital versions of adventures? I bought Waterdeep Dungeon of the Mad Mage hard copy and want the digital copy. Is this even possible?

The physical and digital copies are separate, buying one does not grant you access to the other. I believe the only time a physical book gets you the digital version is the Essentials Kit.

I just bought Tasha's Cauldron of Everything & the Monsters Manual for my boys, to the tune of $45 each, plus sales tax.
Now to be able to use the same information on D&D beyond, I have to pony up another $25-30 each?
Wow, that's a business model that Mark Zuckerberg would be proud of.
Buying Harry Potter at Walmart does not let you read it on Kindle. Buying Battlefield for the PlayStation does not mean you can play it on the Xbox. Buying a movie ticket does not mean you get the DVD to watch it at home. D&D is no different here. What you are demanding is the same as purchasing an ebook from Amazon and then demanding the local bookstore to give you a free physical copy, despite ebooks and physical books being clear distinct separate products that are not bundled together, and there is no confusion what-so-ever during the sale that would even remotely imply that buying one format of the book will give you access to the other format.
If you bothered to do even a tiny bit of research or just simply read the Buyer's Guide thread pinned at the top of this very subforum (it is freaking pinned for a reason), you can still use Beyond completely free by manually integrating the information in your physical books into the site via private homebrew. It does take a while and it is a hassle, but consumers pay for what they get. If you are not willing to pay with cash, you will be paying with time. The developers of this site need to eat and got bills to pay too, and this thread explains why the business model is the way it is.
If you still want to whine and complain about not being able to use digital tools despite it being free and actually usable, it is best to reach out to Wizards on their social media sites so the whole world can see. That way Wizards can actually see and respond to your idea. D&D Beyond and Wizards of the Coast are two completely separate and distinct entities, so complaining about Wizard's business model on Beyond's forum does absolutely nothing besides annoying forum users.
Hello I have come here to ask a question on the topic of the artificer. A year or two ago I bought the Eberron: Rising from the Last War book from chapters. I thought at the time that I would be able to redeem the code in the book to acquire the class in beyond but sadly that was not the case.
if someone could please explain to me the reason. Do I need to buy the book again but online to acquire the class. Because I’m want to use the class but it’s not available in character creation in the classes tab.
If you have a hardcopy, it's just that a hardcopy. DnDbeyond is a separate company from WoTC, and they have a license to sell the digital content, just like Roll20 and Fantasy Ground.
I got the essentials kit but none of the codes work
Maybe we can help if you describe what goes wrong in a bit more detail, but I'd advise to open a ticket with the helpdesk (https://dndbeyond.zendesk.com/hc/en-us). In the meantime, go, to your account (click on your username in the right top corner of the page) and there to the tab "Marketplace" (second one from the right). There you can check if your entitlements are in sync (it will say so at the top of that tab page, and if they aren't it'll tell you what to do) and if you scroll down to Current Product Licences you'll see a list of all your owned content - check if you see the adventures listed there.

How to add Tooltips

Redeeming codes is covered with the link in the posts above.
For discount codes, as you mentioned, you add those during the checkout process.
If you entered a discount code into the redeem a code page, it won't have invalidated the code - it can still be used.
If you are still experiencing issues, then please contact customer services, via this form:
