My submission to the DM Category: an idea I kidnapped from Persona! Please let me know any feedback you have!
Optional Rule: Showtime Attacks
At the end of a long rest, two player characters can agree to plan a showtime attack. After one of those player characters rolls a natural 20 in combat before the next long rest, if the two characters are within 30 feet of each other, the two can agree to enact their plan. On the next turn of one of the player characters, that player spends their action and the other player spends their reaction to unleash a showtime attack against an enemy. The enemy must be within 30 feet of both player characters.
Both player characters may immediately move up to their movement speed to any space of their choice, so long as it puts the chosen enemy within range of one of their weapon attacks or damage-dealing cantrips. Then, each player character involved acts as though they had taken the Attack action or cast a damage-dealing cantrip against the chosen enemy. No additional damage modifiers, such as Divine Smite or Sneak Attack, may be added to the damage of any attacks made as part of a showtime attack, though they may be flavored as such.
As long as at least one effect from one of the player characters damages the enemy, the attack is successful. A different showtime effect then occurs based on where the player characters are in relation to the enemy. Consult the chart, which presents which showtime attacks occur in which position, along with suggested names for these attacks.
The chart refers to PB for a number of dice. This is the players’ proficiency bonus. If they have different proficiency bonuses, use the higher one. It also deals damage. Allow the players to determine which attack deals the additional damage. Finally, the chart has showtime effects that may not work for some enemies. It is recommended that the effect be reduced in power, but not eliminated, should the enemy be atypical for, as an example, being pushed away.
Positioning
Showtime Effect
Both characters are not in the enemy’s melee range or within 5 feet of each other
Barrage. The target takes an additional PBd10 damage, and its speed is reduced to 0 until the end of its next turn.
One character is within the enemy’s melee range and the other is not, and is not within 5 feet of the first character
Made You Look. The target takes an additional PBd10 damage, and falls prone.
One character is within the enemy’s melee range and the other is not, and is within 5 feet of the first character
Give Me a Boost. The target takes an additional PBd10 damage, and the target is pushed 15 feet away from the character in the enemy’s melee range.
Both characters are not in the enemy’s melee range and are within 5 feet of each other
Twin Shot. The target takes an additional PBd12 damage.
Both characters are within the enemy’s melee range perpendicular one another
Pincer. The target takes an additional PBd10 damage, and the target can’t take reactions until the start of its next turn.
Both characters are within the enemy’s melee range opposite one another
Wombo Combo. The target takes an additional PBd12 damage.
Both characters are within the enemy’s melee range and are not perpendicular or opposite one another, and are not within 5 feet of each other
Bonebreaker. The target takes an additional PBd10 damage and has disadvantage on attack rolls until the end of its next turn.
Both characters are within the enemy’s melee range and are within 5 feet of each other
Lights Out. The target takes an additional PBd6 damage and is blinded until the end of its next turn.
Only one showtime attack can be performed per long rest. It is recommended that the same two players cannot perform a showtime attack twice in a row for the sake of allowing other players to shine.
Describing Showtime Attacks
Allow the players to describe the showtime attack in conjunction if possible, with knowledge of the showtime effect. This enables more creativity and player involvement. In time, the players may even give nicknames to their showtime attacks, and have this optional rule as another signature tool in their toolkit.
Creating Showtime Attacks
You or your players may feel that the showtime attacks provided are too limited. In this case, feel free to create and customize your own! This optional rule exists to aid in creativity and stylization, and if you or your players feel inspired to create your own, then by all means, do so!
Really cool, but it would be better if there was some flavor text for each attack. I have a vague idea of what "made you look" might look like, but bonebreaker seems kind of vague

Optional Rule: Showtime Attacks
Any thoughts?
I'm a little unclear on the order of things to make these happen.
First two characters must agree to do a showtime attack at the end of a long rest.
2nd one of the characters must roll a Nat20 on an attack roll. - Do they still do damage from their critical hit? Or is this replacing their critical hit?
3rd??? both characters move up to their speed. Does this happen immediately?
4th??? wait until the start of the other character's turn. -> What happens if the target dies before it gets to their turn?
5th the other character uses their action and the original character uses their reaction to do a showtime attack against the same creature that was originally critically hit?
6th apply the effects from the table based on positioning - Do they have to make an roll an attack or does this auto hit??? What do they use for the attack roll?
7th the character completes their turn as if they had taken the Attack action or cast a cantrip.

Thank you for the feedback!
Here’s the intended order:
1. The two characters decide at the end of a long rest to make a showtime attack later.
2. One of the two characters rolls a nat 20 on a roll in combat (NOT necessarily an attack roll) while within 30 feet of both the other character and an enemy. If it was a critical hit, it isn’t said that the crit is replaced by the showtime — and thus doesn’t.
3. Both characters agree to enact their showtime attack.
4. Wait for the start of the next involved character’s turn, when the active character spends their action and the other spends their reaction if an enemy is within 30 feet of both characters.
5. both characters can immediately (as explicitly stated) move up to their speed, as long as they end with the enemy within range of an attack or cantrip.
4. Each involved character either takes the Attack action or casts a cantrip against the enemy.
5. If either character dealt damage, select a Showtime Effect based on the characters’ positioning. This effect takes place immediately (and can’t “hit” because it isn’t an “attack” but is instead an “effect” which simply happens), and the players decide which damage-dealing effect deals the effect’s extra damage, as well as describing what the showtime attack looks like.

Honestly, this seems far too complex and convoluted to actually work at a table. Seven steps involving multiple characters across multiple turns is just begging for combat to get bogged down trying to figure out what's going on, whose turn it is afterward, etc. Not to mention disappointing for the players, if neither character who preset for a Showtime attack actually rolls a 20 before their next long rest. (Although, I don't think you listed a limit on how many Showtimes you can preset for, so couldn't the entire party just make sure every possible pairing is covered after every long rest? I really don't understand why the preselection thing after a long rest is even in there.)
I'm only vaguely familiar with Persona, but my guess is you tried too hard to make it accurate to the video game rather than making it something that fit 5e but kept the general flavor of the original

With just a few days to spare, I have an entry for the Interactive Options category! This is an adventure for the Drakkenheim setting.
The Herschel Observatory
Olga Herschel was an professor at Altbruke University, an astronomer and a pioneer in telescope technology. In 1098, she founded the Herschel Observatory on the outskirts of Drakkenheim, which she used to study the cosmos alongside some of Altbruke’s brightest students and researchers. When the meteor fell, the haze and the beasts within it quickly reached the Cairn Hills, leaving the fate of the Observatory unknown.
Now, interests outside of Drakkenheim have turned their eyes towards the Hershel Observatory, and the valuable astronomical technology contained within. Factions are willing to pay a hefty sum to clear the building out so that they can take the telescope within.
The adventure is pretty chunky so I can't fit it in one post. Here are a few ways to view it:

5. both characters can immediately (as explicitly stated) move up to their speed, as long as they end with the enemy within range of an attack or cantrip.
6. Active player’s turn proceeds as normal.
Wait... what???
So the character that initiates the Showtime Attack essentially gets a whole extra turn?
C1 - Round 1 - takes a full turn and at some point rolls a Nat 20 - initiaties Showtime Attack
C2 - Round 1 - both C1 & C2 move up to their speed then use an Action to cast a cantrip / take the Attack action, both the spell & all attacks from the Attack action deal their normal damage and you get the showtime damage as a bonus on top of that?
C2 - Round 1 - finishes their turn including moving and BAs
C1 - Round 2 - acts in their normal initiative taking another full turn...
So C1 moves twice and takes two full Attack actions in Round 1.

Not necessarily, the nat 20 doesn’t need to happen on a character’s turn, it could be a saving throw or a contested ability check
