Gorgox starts at D14. It looks to me that Beefy moved to A08. I believe I can get to A10 without dashing.
If that is all correct Gorgox will attack Beefy with the spiked chain. Attack: 20 Damage: 16 + 12 sneak attack. (Advantage gained because I'm invisible, if he can somehow detect me I lose the advantage) If I hit I will attempt a Grapple Attack: Upon a successful hit you can attempt to grab your opponent with the chain (he must be no more than one size larger than you). Opponent then makes Strength (Athletics) or Dexterity (Acrobatics) check (the target chooses the ability to use), against the grapple DC 21 (8 + Prof + Str or Dex), if he fails he is grappled. If the opponent does not free himself before your next action you can sustain the grapple if he doesn't make the DC a second time he is restrained. Each succeeding round your opponent is grappled or restrained he takes an additional 1d4+strength piercing damage.
Then I will use 2 Sorcery Points to make Chromatic Orb as a 3rd level spell a bonus action dealing Attack: 20 Damage: 23 acid
If I am still not in range I will cast Chromatic Orb using the above rolls (2nd attack roll for advantage 15, I forgot to add the +10, so that's a 25) and use the 2 Sorcery Points to cast blur on myself.
I didn't realize Beefy moved past me last turn. That should give me an opportunity attack. If I was at D14 and he moved from C12 to E12 (move through D12) . If he moved on the diagonal then I wouldn't be able to attack. If that is the case here is the the attackAttack: 31 Damage: 14 + 16 sneak attack damage. On a successful hit I will attempt to make a Trip Attack: Upon a successful hit you can attempt to trip your opponent with the chain (he must be no more than one size larger than you). Opponent then makes a Strength (Athletics) or Dexterity (Acrobatics) check (the target chooses the ability to use) against the trip DC 21 (8 + Prof + Str or Dex), if he fails he is prone.
This will change my above attack as I won't be invisible anymore.
This is what I mean in the above question, I'm not really sure what spell slots and sorcery points I should have used.

From the end of the courtyard (AA01), another squad of mailed soldiers approach. They clank and ring as they move in a tightly-packed formation, and the armored figures move with a stuttering gait. Strangest of all, they bear no weapons but each of the half-dozen figures is bound to each other by hooked chains that allow very little space between past a few inches. Behind the front rank, four more armoured, yet unarmed figures, move with more organized grace, though an erratic energy still pervades. In the center of them all, a figure in black robes with a deep hood carries an intricately-carved staff.
When the formed procession comes to a halt, the front ranks stand with unatural stiffness. The man in the rear reaches over the shoulder of the centermost in the front rank and barks a phrase that seems to tug at listeners' minds. With a jerk of his hand, a black bolt arcs across the yard and strikes the Beefy barbarian (DM-permitted surprise round. CON save DC 21 vs. Unable to parse dice roll. necrotic, half on success).
