When Aodh entered the shop, it allowed the shopkeeper to lead it to the diamond it needed. Then it killed them. It wasn't hard, and it was very quiet. A simple Thorn Whip cantrip to wrap around the shopkeep's head and neck, pull it hard, strangle them for a bit until they start to pass out, and then a harsher yank to rip their throat with the thorns.
No blood on Aodh's clothes, and absolutely no need to pay for anything. It took the Diamond, as well as a few other pieces, just in case.
((Do we still have telepathic connection?))

Aodh, now with everything it needed, used the crystal that the Tiefling had given it to speak to the others telepathically.
'How fares the battle?'
Aodh added in a cheeky little mental chuckle to express amusement at their actions.
'I've acquired what I needed. By attacking this town's heroes, several plans have become useless. Though, it has given birth to another. Corrupting or changing the hearts of heroes is a difficult task...Perhaps crafting a hero from scratch may prove easier...Of course, this will only be an idea to think on for now. I plan to summon a creature to destroy this town. Shall I summon them now? Or would you rather I wait for you to dispose of our enemies?'

Lyssma is taken aback by the sudden display of violence, but reacts quickly. "Yes! Hit her while she's down!" She laughs, giving Bardic Inspiration (1d10) to Isala. (bonus action)
Her bow is in her hand, quick as blinking. She has been eyeing the Bugbear for some time now, and after backing up to get some more range, she nocks an arrow and whispers in Sylvan, "Swift death to you who have wronged me."
She then fires off two quick shots, each aimed for Beefy (action).
Oathbow Attack: 34 Damage: 29 piercing / force damage
Oathbow Attack: 24 Damage: 17 piercing / force damage
(Add 21 to the damage if at least one attack hits, for sneak attack)
Alcashia replies with the crystal as well. "Later. We don't know how it will react to us if we summon it now."
Lyssma: The first strike whistles past the Barbarian, but the second finds its mark.

You do not have to roll it, because stunned means she can't cast a spell. :) Stunned includes Incapacitated - so no actions, bonus actions, reactions, or movement until the end of my next turn, or longer if I manage to re-apply next turn. It's really the monk's main raison d'etre in combat. They are very potent vs non-con-proficient casters when the caster's teammates cannot keep the monk away, and when the monk has teammates of his own to keep him from getting squished himself.
(Though if later she gets to roll it, I would suggest roll 9d4+9 as a shortcut.)
Edit: Ow
Edit #2: With a +18, it probably does not matter, but everybody has disadvantage until the first hit vs Isala due to the Cloak of Displacement

Isala shakes his head to clear it and glares up at the Bugbear. "My turn," he snarls.
All four strikes at Beefy, with the only decisions being when to apply what effects.
First attack: 25 Damage: 18 + 4 fire
Second attack: 22 Damage: 10 + 5 fire
Flurry attack #1: 28 Damage: 14
Flurry attack #2: 19 Damage: 17
For an obvious clear miss, I want to burn another luck: 3 - +14 if attack #1/#2, +11 if attack #3/#4
First hit is Quivering Palm. (applies to all 4)
Second hit is Stunning Strike. Con save DC 21 (applies to all 4)
If a hit on Flurry of Blows and not stunned, disable reactions (only applies to 3rd or 4th). If stunned, Dex save DC 21 or knocked prone
If a second hit on Flurry of Blows, Dex save DC21 or knocked prone (only applies to 4th, if 3rd hits). If already prone and stunned, strength save DC21 or get knocked back 15 feet
After striking, use all 70 feet of movement to get the heck away.

Quivering Palm does not work like that - I wish it did. There is no save yet, and no necrotic damage yet - not until I activate it, which takes another action next turn. (Which, of course, denies me all attacks next turn; it's a costly thing to do, but has a high potential payoff.) If Beefy was hit a third time (which I presume he was, there would be another stunning strike attempt. If he succeeded on that, and if one of the flurries hit, he would be denied reactions, which would be very important to me getting the heck out of his range. If he failed on that, he would be stunned, and I would attempt to knock him prone (the Dex save). Monks are not as complicated as casters, but they are strange creatures until they run out of ki.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Gorgox starts at D14. It looks to me that Beefy moved to A08. I believe I can get to A10 without dashing.
If that is all correct Gorgox will attack Beefy with the spiked chain. Attack: 22 Damage: 17 + 16 sneak attack. (Advantage gained because I'm invisible, if he can somehow detect me I lose the advantage) If I hit I will attempt a Grapple Attack: Upon a successful hit you can attempt to grab your opponent with the chain (he must be no more than one size larger than you). Opponent then makes Strength (Athletics) or Dexterity (Acrobatics) check (the target chooses the ability to use), against the grapple DC 21 (8 + Prof + Str or Dex), if he fails he is grappled. If the opponent does not free himself before your next action you can sustain the grapple if he doesn't make the DC a second time he is restrained. Each succeeding round your opponent is grappled or restrained he takes an additional 1d4+strength piercing damage.
Then I will use 2 Sorcery Points to make Chromatic Orb as a 3rd level spell a bonus action dealing Attack: 30 Damage: 36 acid
If I am still not in range I will cast Chromatic Orb using the above rolls (2nd attack roll for advantage 9, I forgot to add the +10, so that's a 25) and use the 2 Sorcery Points to cast blur on myself.
Lyssma sees that the bugbear was not incapacitated by Isala's rapid attacks, and so she angles for another two fast shots against her Sworn Enemy (action):
Oathbow Attack: 25 Damage: 17 piercing & force Oathbow Attack: 33 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll. piercing & force (As before, if either attack hits, another 6 damage applies for the sneak attack)
Once again, Lyssma shouts at Isala in a sing-songy voice, "Make sure to leave a clear shot for me! And I get the first bite after we cook his meat!"
(bonus action: Bardic/Combat Inspiration...rules below just in case you need them!)
A creature that has a Bardic Inspiration die from you can roll that die and add the number rolled to a weapon damage roll, or, when an attack roll is made against the creature, it can use its reaction to roll the die and add the number rolled to its AC against that attack, after seeing the roll but before knowing whether it hits or misses.
Aodh: You can if you want. You also find a ruby necklace and a sapphire ring that catch your eye.
Gorox: Each vertical space is 10 ft. You can't make that without dashing. You'd only get to D 14/19
Isala: I thought you already went. Lyssma still has to go, then Beefy. Is this for next round?
