Waterdeep: Dragon Heist is an adventure for 1st- to 5th-level characters that revolves around a treasure hunt through Waterdeep, one of the most iconic cities in the Forgotten Realms. The party will have to navigate a web of lies, deception, and betrayal as they attempt to uncover a vast hoard of gold hidden somewhere in the city.

But that's not all. Waterdeep: Dragon Heist is unique in its flexibility. The story features four distinct options for the main villain, each providing a different set of challenges. Depending on which villain the Dungeon Master chooses, the adventure can feel like a completely new experience. The book also includes an extensive guide to Waterdeep, filled with lore, locations, and everything else you need to make this city come alive in your campaign.

Facing off against monsters spreading a mysterious ailment, resolving conflicts between rival night market vendors, and preventing a legendary creature from awakening a volcano are just a few examples of the quests they will be tasked with!
