Work with your DM to come up with your noble family's history, both politically and personally. Perhaps you are well liked among the nobility and common folk alike, or maybe you are hated by both. Work with the DM to describe your family and their influence on you.

Are you the product of one noble parent and a commoner, or perhaps two noble parents that never married? Is your connection to the nobility well known outside of your immediate family, or are you a source of shame kept hidden from view. How much influence might you have with your noble family or your commoner family if you have one?

Not feeling particularly welcome among people, you have taken to spending a lot of time with animals. These animals could be dogs, horses, birds, or any other animal your DM says you could have had regular contact with.
