Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

Path of the Hunt Barbarians are the apex predators of their respective woods, jungles, marshes, swamps etc. They tend to be territiorial, however they do assemble small villages and tribes, some of the more primitive ones, form packs like wolves would. They tend to get along with the forrest wildlife just fine, however everyone has to eat, and so, they prey, and they are the best at it.

Predator's Instinct

You are the apex predator and you know how to use the environment around you. Starting at 3rd level, when you choose this subclass, you can choose to use your Wisdom modifier instead of your Dexterity modifier when calculating your AC. Your natural instincts aid in your attempts to hide and ambush a creature. You can use either Dexterity (Stealth) or Wisdom (Survival) to try and hide, and can do so as part of your bonus action you use to rage. You get a bonus to that roll equal to your Rage damage and your rage doesn't end as a result of not hitting or not being hit by an opponent while hiding.

Centre of Attention

Additionally at 3rd level, if you are raging, you can choose to mark a single creature as your "prey". When you hit your prey, you deal an additional d6 + your proficiency bonus of damage. If you reduce your prey to 0 hit points you can then target another creature as your prey. If you attack a creature that is not marked as your prey then your rage ends.

Head of the Hunt

Beginning at 6th level, you can extend your natural gifts to the rest of your pack. Any creature following your lead can make a Wisdom(Survival) check to hide or move stealthily. Additionally, while leading a group, you and up to six creatures gain a +5 to checks made to be stealthy and checks made to perceive or track you receive a -5 penalty.

Unrelenting Beast

Your eagle trained eyes wont let your pray escape, and neither will your cat like reflexes. Beginning at 10th level, whenever target creature that is targeted by your Natural Predator tryies to escape and leave your reach, you are able to perform an opportunity attack against the target creature with an advantage, even if the target creature Disengages. If the target creature manages to move beyond your reach, as apart of the same reaction you are able to move half your speed closer to your target prey.

If your prey ever manages to escape, you can use your Wisdom (Survival) to try and track your prey down. You gain a bonus to that roll equal to your rage damage, and if you've hit your prey three or more times with an attack, you also get advantage on that check, as they most likely left a blood trail, or were careless with their surroundings.

Go for the Throat

While camouflaged you are able to identify your preys vital spots for a more certain kill. At 14th level, whenever you choose your prey with the Natural Predator ability, while you are hidden, your weapon attacks score a critical hit on a roll of 19 or 20, but only on your prey. At 17th level this improves, so your critical hit range is now from 18 to 20.
