Base Class: Bard
Admirers of the Razzle Dazzle understand the value of gratuitous showmanship. Their lights, dances and songs often hide ulterior motives and serve to distract and bamboozle. Bards who follow this college understand that people want to be distracted, they need to be distracted. The world is a harsh place and if people really understood how things worked society would fall apart. These bards wield charming magics and employ flashy subterfuge to draw attention to themselves, allowing the harsher truths to go unnoticed.
The 'Ol Razzle Dazzle
You understand the the nuance of showmanship. When you join the College of Razzle Dazzle at 3rd level, you gain proficiency in performance. When you make a Charisma (Performance) check, you can treat a d20 roll of 9 or lower as a 10.
Big Bamboozaler
Also at 3rd level, you learn to constantly grab attention, distract, and dazzle others. When a creature within 60 feet that can see or hear you makes a Wisdom ability check or saving throw you can use your reaction to expend one of your uses of Bardic Inspiration. Choose a number of creatures equal to your proficiency modifier and roll a Bardic Inspiration die, until the beginning of your next turn these creatures have a penalty to wisdom checks and saving throws equal to the result. You can choose to use this feature after the creature makes its roll.
Splendiferous Show
At 6th level, You learn to transition seamlessly between illusions to augment your performances. While you have an active illusion spell you may cast an illusion spell of equal or lower level without expending a spell slot.
Additionally you learn the spells Enthrall, and Pyrotechnics. You may cast each spell once per long rest without expending a spell slot. The spells don’t count against the number of bard spells you know.
Flim Flam Flummox
Starting at 14th level you have mastered the art of misdirection through performance. You can disguise somatic and vocal components of spells as innocuous actions and words without drawing attention. Additionally you may cast any spell that inflicts the charmed condition as a ritual by putting on a brief performance. Creatures must watch you perform for at least a minute to be a viable target for the spell. When cast this way a spell can affect a number of creatures equal to your charisma modifier unless the spell would already be able to affect more.
