Base Class: Rogue

As a Bloodhound you will gain knowledge on how to fight dirty. You can cripple your opponent physically or mentally with techniques used in guerilla warfare and uncanny jungle fighting. Your strikes' main purpose are not to kill but instead to tire your opponent, gain advantage from their size, their speed and their strengths. You are a hunter of sentient creatures a predator of those who have mistaken you with their food.

Preyseeker

At 3rd level you become proficient in the survival skill. If you are already proficient in it you can double your proficiency bonus instead. You have advantage on Wisdom (Survival) checks that are used to track down opponents that are wounded.

Crippling Strike

At 3rd level when you deal sneak attack damage to a target you can  inflict a grievous wound on them. As a reaction when you deal your sneak attack damage you can cause your target to lose 5 ft of their movement speed and take additional damage equal to your proficiency bonus. (This grows to 10 feet at level 9  and 15 feet at level 13). You can use this reaction equal times to your dexterity modifier. This effect lasts for 10 minutes.

Thrill of the Hunt

At 9th level if you are moving towards a target that is slowed by your Crippling strike you can move an additional 15 feet if it brings you within 5 feet of the target.

Horrid Predator

At 13th level when you damage a creature with your Crippling strike you can force the creature to make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 8+your DEXTERITY+your PROFICIENCY) or become frightened of you for 1 minute.

The DC increases by 1 each time the target succeeds this saving throw.

Call the Grim Hunt

At 17th level you can invoke all the brutality and cruelty dwelling within you and unleash it onto a foe chosen by you. You can select an enemy within 60 feet of you to be the victim of the Grim Hunt. You can choose one of the following benefits to gain against the target:

If it is wounded by your Crippling Strike all other attacks have advantage against it for 1 minute.

If the target is wounded by your Crippling Strike it takes 2d6 damage at the end of its turns bleeding out.

You know can follow the creature's trail perfectly in all conditions.
