Base Class: Barbarian
Warlords are some of the most stalwart defenders and respected individuals in the toughest barbarian clans. With the ability to not only deal devastating damage but to bolster their allies and command the battlefield, these intimidating leaders command the respect of their subjects and the fear of their enemies as they take control of the battlefield with eyes aflame and hearts of iron.
Commanding Presence
Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, you can shout a command at an ally who can hear you and allow them to make an attack or move up to half their movement as a reaction.
Circle of Trust
Beginning at 6th level, you and any allies within 15 feet of you can’t be frightened and have advantage on wisdom and strength saving throws while raging. If you or any of your allies in the aura are frightened when you enter your rage, the effect is suspended for the duration of the rage.
Protectors instincts
Beginning at 10th level, you can enter your rage for free when one of your allies drops below half health. The first ally to drop below half, or be hit while they are below half, in a combat becomes your charge, meaning when they are attacked within 5 feet of you, you can use your reaction to either make an attack on them or take the damage they would take.
If you are raging when an ally drops below half, you gain a further +2 to damage rolls while raging and can make an extra weapon attack as a bonus action.
War Cry
Starting at 14th level, when you rage and as an action on subsequent turns, you can bolster all allies within 30 feet of you who can hear you, granting 1d8 temporary hit points + your charisma modifier to all within your aura. Enemies within this range who can hear you must make a Wisdom saving throw (DC equal to 8 + proficiency bonus + your charisma modifier).
