Base Class: Monk
Monks of the Way of the Weavestrider are the ultimate masters of speed and agility. They learn techniques to manipulate ki and the Weave to accelerate them beyond the limits of mortal capabilities, far exceeding speeds normally attainable by most individuals. At their pinnacle, they can leap the space between lightning and thunder, outfox the fox king, and reach tomorrow before the sun.
Weavestriding
3rd-level Way of the Weavestrider feature
When you take the dash action, you can spend 1 ki point to choose one of the following as an additional effect:
- You make two unarmed strikes
- You can force any creatures you move within 5 feet of to succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take thunder damage equal to your Monk level
- You do not provoke attacks of opportunity until the start of your next turn
Improved Step of the Wind
6th-level Way of the Weavestrider feature
Step of the Wind no longer costs 1 ki point, just your bonus action. Additionally, you can spend 2 ki points to cast Blur on yourself, or 3 ki points to cast Haste on yourself. You have advantage on Constitution checks made to maintain concentration on these spells.
Untouchable
11th-level Way of the Weavestrider feature
While wearing no armour, your Armour Class equals 10 + your Wisdom modifier + double your Dexterity modifier. Additionally, you can spend 7 ki points to have the effects of both Blur and Haste cast on yourself at the same time, despite both spells requiring concentration.
Between Lightning and Thunder
17th-level Way of the Weavestrider feature
As an action, you can spend 10 ki points to supercharge your speed. For the next minute, your movement speed equals the number of miles you can move, rather than the number of feet. While moving like this, if you make a melee attack, the attack has a +10 to hit, and the number of damage dice you can roll is multiplied by your Monk level; however, you will also take half of the damage you roll. Additionally, while moving like this, you do not provoke attacks of opportunity.
