Gunmanship

Gunmanship

3rd-level Gunner feature

You can consume your Tinker's Tools to apply an additional effect to a single ranged weapon of your choice (guns only). You can choose to swap this effect at any time by consuming another set of Tinker's Tools.

Hollow Point

Your weapon attacks score a critical hit on a roll of 19 or 20 with your chosen ranged weapon.

Iron Sights

You can increase the range of your chosen ranged weapon by 30ft.

Magnum Bullets

You gain an additional 1 damage to damage rolls with your chosen ranged weapon and attacks with that weapon are treated as magical. (If the weapon is already magical, only the first effect applies.)

Quick-Shot

At 3rd level when you choose the Gunner archetype, you develop the skill to start rapid firing your weapon. If you're wielding a weapon with the Ammunition property and used your Action to make an Attack with it you can use your Bonus Action to take an additional attack with the weapon. You can use this ability a number of times equal to your Proficiency Bonus. You regain all uses at the end of a Long Rest.

Double Tap

9th-level  Golden Palm feature

You've learned through training that sometimes one just isn't enough to get the job done. You can roll an additional attack every turn. If it's against the same target, the second attack has advantage (this does not apply Sneak Attack).

Smoke Trail

By 13th level you can create a smokescreen using a bonus action equal to your level + Dexterity modifier. The smokescreen fills a space of 15 feet around you in a circle. Creatures inside the smoke take attacks with advantage and have disadvantage on perception checks. The smokescreen remains there for 1D4 turns.

Expert Operative

17th-level Gunner feature

You can now apply a second effect to your chosen ranged weapon as well as gaining two additional options to apply. (Buckshot and Silencer cannot be applied to the same weapon at the same time).

Buckshot

You can roll 2 additional damage die of whatever die type your chosen ranged weapon is using.

Silencer

Your attacks no longer reveal your position whether you hit or miss with an attack allowing you to stay hidden.
