Base Class: Cleric
Wretched Cultists (Or clerics, if you can even call them that) live a life directed by a mad wit and a grip on harsh dictatorship. Their gods provide them with this exact desire, a desire to possess the power of Hell or want to rule over a group of common folk, who do not understand the prophecy of a cultist. Most cultists claim their devotion to the tyrant and greedy gods, like ones that dictate death (Loviatar, Bhaal, Kelemvor) or ones that enjoy trickery and riches (Waukeen, Beshaba, Loki), or maybe divines that worship evil in general (Talona, Shar, Bane).

Eyes of Jeweled Hate
Beginning at the first level, in addition to the proficiency, you gain the ability to add 5 necrotic damage + your cleric level to any weapon strike you are proficient in.
Channel Divinity: Summoner's Rite
Starting at level 2, as an action, you can set up a cult-like altar with 6 candles magically appearing around it. Each time a creature takes an attack action, a candle of the altar magically lights. After every candle has lightened up, a dark aura surrounds the altar and each of your allies gain 1d12 (+1d12 at levels 6, 8, 17, and 20) necrotic damage on their next successful attack. The altar can be destroyed, with an HP relative to your max health (1 altar hit point to every 20 cleric hit point) and an AC of 10.
Diminished Savoir
At level 6, if a creature takes a reaction against you or an ally, you may interrupt their reaction using a ranged attacking spell. If you miss, the enemy reaction continues as normal, if you don't, the ally you saved gains 1d6 of temporary hit points.
Mere Sanctum
Starting at level 8, if your Summoner's Rite altar is destroyed, you may take a bonus action on your turn in order to revive the altar with 5 candles instead of 6. Also, an altar now can either give additional damage or summon a ghost.
To summon a ghost, first, you need a soul. You can kill a medium or smaller humanoid and trap their spirit in your holy symbol. Then, you may choose to summon a ghost with a completed altar. A ghost can be formed as any shape, have any sort of stats and abilities, depending on the GM's choice.
By Bloody Reins
Beginning at level 17, you can cast any necrotic school's spell (Level 4 and below) at its learning level without using a spell slot.
